Excellent service on short notice. Called in the morning and in and out by noon. Very courteous staff and Dentist was top notch and very mindful if anyone's pain tolerance is low. I would highly recommend.

Amazing people, I have PTSD from a previous dentist and was mortified of the thought of going in to get my teeth fixed. When I walked in I was greeted very warmly and the hygienist was the best as keeping me calm while I was internally freaking out. The dentist is an amazing women very professional but very calm nature, treated me with respect of my fears and talked me through calmly while she was working, and after made sure I was ok. Before I left she made sure again that I was ok and that my fears were ok to be there and was reassuring. I have a new found liking for the dentist and her staff. Very welcoming and very kind.

The best dental clinic in Bassano as well as in Alberta. My wife does not mind driving my kids from Brooks to visit this clinic. Their team members are great, friendly and professional. Our kids feel more comfortable and confident when they visited this location. Highly recommend to everyone. They have definitely deserved 5 stars up.

Nice modern facility using updated hygienist methods. Staff seem to work effectively together. No complaints as the cleaning was well done and more informative than expected. Will be back.

Back for a crown and other maintenance. Once again, the service was to notch from front desk to the dental chair

Dr. Arzy and the staff at Bassano Family Dental are exceptional in their individual roles and work together in a peaceful manner. This is helpful in reducing the stress of what can sometimes be an unpleasant experience. One of the best in my many years of visits to the dentist!
