Never had Firehouse before but since it came to Beaumont I thought to give it a try.
It didn’t disappoint the bread is fresh, I had the steak and cheese and it was delicious(added bbq sauce).
Went back a few days later and tried the meatballs and pepperoni sub also really good, my picky daughter even enjoyed it.
The staff is friendly and efficient.
The inside of the restaurant is clean and space to sit and eat which is nice.
Definitely will recommend.

Have heard lots about this new sub chain, was finally in the area to try it for the first time. They must have been busy with large orders, waited 20ish min for my food once ordered. Traveled to the other side of Beaumont (3-4 min) to eat. When I got i to my sub the whole bottom side of the sub was soggy and wet. Paid $20 for a sub and figured i better eat it anyway. Inside of the sub and taste was good but the soggy bun ruined it all. I get it your busy but you can't sacrifice quality. I will return, just not to this location and certainly not during a lunch "rush"

They are absolutely amazing people I ordered online and I love their pickles so when I picked my order up I asked how much some pickles would be and I was asked how many I wanted I said 5 and they just gave them to me! I love these guys if I wanted a sub I will drive from Leduc to Beaumont just to get my sub, the pic is half of mine and my husbands that we split one is the hook and ladder and the other one is is the hero and they are amazing no changes done on them either and the bread is amazing and soft!!!!!!

5 stars all across the board! Food was phenomenal, and good cold too! Service was amazing, welcoming everyone who walked in the door. And I loved the interior too, it definitely suited the place. My favourite thing was that they actively endorse a firemen's charity.

My family and I tried 4 different subs:
•Smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket
•Club on a sub
•Turkey bacon ranch
•Spicy dill hook and ladder

The spicy dill was right on the fence of being too hot. But you could taste all of the flavors, so it’s definitely worth it.

Heads up, I'd say the dill that you're able to get on the side of all subs, don't choose the spicy one.
You don't get the pickle taste at all, just a mouth full of Sriracha or other hot sauce. The regular pickle is great, though.

The atmosphere was nice, the service was great, and everything was clean. But it did just open, so I'd hope so... lol

Excellent service and absolutely delicious subs! The bread tastes homemade—so fresh and flavorful. We've visited the Beaumont location several times since it opened, and it's quickly become one of our go-to dinner spots. The online ordering is super easy, and the drive-thru pickup makes the whole experience fast and convenient.

A bit pricey for a sandwich but they are damn good! I've had 3 different subs so far and would order each one again. Love a place with a good hot sauce selection too!
