I was in about 2 months ago and had Sunny do my hair. Wash, dry, colour, style, and cut. It had felt rushed especially with the fact of how many times he kept stepping outside. After leaving i kept saying to my mom that my hair wasnt right but of course she said it was perfect. I went to a different salon for a second opinion, and found that he left parts of my hair long and thick/chuncky. Very flat as well. I definetly will not be coming back to have sunny do my hair, I had to get it fixed by a new stylist where she made it much better where i feel happier now.

I needed my colour touched up and was able to book in with Alyssa within a week of when I wanted. She did a fantastic job at colour correcting my hair, brightening it up, and most importantly listening to what I wanted to do! Her prices were extremely reasonable as she is a newer stylist, so if you’re on a budget I would highly recommend you check her out. She has the calmest, friendliest personality and doesn’t force small talk if you don’t want it (which the introverted extrovert side of me loves). Super happy with my hair colour and cut, will definitely be back!

1st review 12/21: I tried this salon today for the first time after my friend highly recommended them and I am very satisfied with the services provided!I got a haircut with Lynn and I just loved it! She is an amazing, friendly professional who knows what she is doing! She not only cut my hair but also curled it, which I loved! I loved the personalized service! The salon is very clean, organized, great location and affordable price! I will come back for sure! I highly recommend them!

I'm so glad i found out that this salon has a curl specialist! I've never had my hair properly done until now as most stylist are not trained in curly hair... Slava is literally amazing! My hair went from flat, clumpy curls to voluminous and full-looking. She's now my go-to! Pricing is also fair for the value of the work! 100% all curly girls should get their hair done by Slava!

The owner of Heads Up, Renee, reached out to me directly and provided a full refund. She was very kind and incredibly apologetic. Which I really appreciated.

I don't know what happened, but I went in for a haircut with Slava for the first time and I asked for a 2 inch trim on my hair which was all one length. Super easy job. I walked out with this (pics attached). She curled my hair at the end of the service so I didn't see this until I washed my hair the next day. I sent photos to another salon and to fix this and they need to cut another 3 inches as there is that much of a difference between different areas. So my trim has now turned into close to 6 inches being cut. I am furious beyond belief and will never recommend or return to this salon. I can't believe this cost me $60. I emailed them twice since my appointment and have called - and it's now been 5 days and I still have not heard back.

I've tried for the first time Heads up hair & Body spa and I absolutely loved it.
Sunny was my hairdresser and he did an amazing job. Did my hair exactly the way I wanted it. I will definitely go back to him again. Highly recommend!
