I normally get treatments from Shing, and every session is incredibly healing. Shing is professional, knowledgeable, and always attentive to the areas where I’m experiencing pain. Even after just one session, I leave feeling so much better. Highly recommend!

Was recommended Advance Health and Wellness and have to say 5 star experience. The front desk was so helpful when it came to billing and services available. The RMT was so thorough in understanding my issues and gave me many suggestions for when I'm home to work on until my next appointment.
The clinic was clean with a warm feel. I would recommend this clinic !!

I highly recommend Advance Health and Wellness! Great service all around. I've seen them for a variety services including massage therapy, physiotherapy, and chiropractor. They have all been amazing! On the RMT side, they are all great and a particular shout out to Brandon who is the primary person I use.

I had my first Chiropractor session today with Dr. Shirtina. I went in with some back pain but mainly for help with sciatic pain. You know when you don’t know how bad something was until it’s no longer there? I’ve had tightness and stiffness in my back for quite some time and whilst it wasn’t bad enough to seek attention, I kinda learned to live with it. It is now gone and I can’t tell you how great it feels to move around so freely without that pain or stiffness, I feel lighter and more mobile. I am so happy I saw her. I have some work to do on my hips so we’ll see how well that adjustment will work for my sciatic but I’m so grateful for the relief of back pain. She was also so lovely and pleasant. I also see Lisa about once every two months too. She is also amazing. I’m expanding the services I use from them coz I’m so happy with them. Gonna see the Acupuncture therapist next week and hopefully try out their dietitian and naturopath when they start. I’d do Physiotherapy too if they had a female. I am so satisfied with them.

Had my first massage from Travis, he did a really good job in relieving my chronic neck pain that has been giving me headaches in the last couple of weeks. He took note of my concerns and consistently asked about the pressure to help make the treatment effective and enjoyable. Professional and attentive. Highly recommend!
