Nous y avons séjourné une nuit, le personnel est accueillant, aimable et très serviable. Nous avons eu une chambre spacieuse, avec baignoire à bulles et frigidaire. Chambre propre, il manquait peut être du café et un micro-ondes pour que ce soit parfait. La décoration n'est pas moderne mais typique d'un motel nord-américain. En face du Stork Nest inn vous trouverez magasins de nourriture, Boston pizza, MacDonald... Le petit déjeuner est vraiment bien par rapport à ce que l'on trouve ailleurs (quand il y en a), varié et des produits de qualité (pancakes parfaits!). L'hôtel propose des massages (payants j'imagine) et apparement du matériel de pêche et un local à skis (pour l'hiver évidemment). Parking gratuit. Wifi gratuite mais un peu capricieuse par moments.|Idéal pour une étape à Smithers.

Situé à 2 pas du centre ville, un motel sans prétentions, plutôt pas mal. Copieux petit dej, accueil sympa, mais mobilier vieillot dans les chambres. Nombreuses chaînes de télévision, pour ceux que ça intéresse.|Préférer les chambres côté pair (pas sur la rue).|Contrairement à ce qui est sur booking, parking gratuit et wifi sont dispos.

Room was very clean and freshly updated. We had a very quiet night and the check in process was wonderful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Loved the location as it is walking distance to so many great restaurants and shops. This place would be perfect if they invested in better beds and pillows. That was the only downside. Bed was hard and not comfortable. Still slept great though. There aren’t many amenities in the room such as a hair dryer, microwave or clock. Some toiletries are available. Breakfast was really good

Very clean, nice wood paneled room. Comfortable bed and everything you need in the bathroom. Fridge included in the rooms.|The service was very friendly and accommodating. |Breakfast was freshly cooked just the way you like it. Excellent.|We will return the next time we are in Smithers

I travel to Smithers frequently for work, and have stayed basically everywhere - storks nest is always my first choice. Super clean rooms, building is a little older but it’s very well maintained, there’s a cozy log cabin vibe in the rooms, and lovely friendly staff who cook you eggs to order for breakfast in the morning!

Always fun to support a local family business as well! The owners and staff are always around and clearly take a ton of pride in their work. Will obviously be back! 🙂

Made to feel very welcome by the receptionist the moment we walked in. Great central location and free on site parking. Room very comfortable and warm. Endless tea and coffee available from the restaurant. ||Does not serve dinner but plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute walk. ||Breakfast included. A buffet with a good range of hot and cold choices, and your eggs freshly cooked to order.||Couldn’t fault anything.

Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer in der ersten Etage am Ende des Hauses. Genau wie vorher angefragt. Leider sah man aus dem Fenster nur auf des Vordach und den trostlosen Hinterhof. Das Zimmer war sauber und komplett holzvertäfelt. Das Bett war bequem und das Bad völlig ausreichend. Das Frühstück war nicht sehr üppig aber ok. Unseren Wagen konnten wir kostenfrei vor dem Haus abstellen.|Die Lage zur Innenstadt ist unmittelbar. Man muss nur über die Hauptstraße und das Zentrum von Smithers beginnt.|Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
