Debit or cash... popcorn was good and a variety of different drinks...booster seats but no cup holders

It's a nice place to watch a movie in a small town like Smithers. I actually didn't know there was a theatre in town until I walked by one day and looked up.

I think they only show 3 different movies at a time, around the 7pm hour. My guess would be that they show only the newest or most popular movies.

I like movies, so I will definitely go again. I don't mind that the screen is not gigantic like in larger cities. The facility is proportional and appropriate for the town in which it is located. And, there weren't that many people when I went, so that was good.

The movie went mute and we told them. We asked if they were able to go back a little bit since there was only 4 of us in the theatre. They said no, didn't even offer no apologies or anything. Also it's only cash which sucks. So missed a part of the show. Other places are more better on dealing with situations on what we had.

The seats in Theatres 1 & 3 are comfortable. Bathrooms are clean. They now have Interac both at the front and the snack bar. It was our first movie night out in a very long time.

Boo to Roi Theatre, on line states movie at 7:15. 7:06 Non tgey are closed! Drove 25 mins dor the movie but closed!

I love watching movies here. But $4.50 for a small popcorn. That’s not okay! Lower your prices. The drinks are OKAY. Candy the price is good

An amazing 3plex that survived the pandemic restrictions and recently reopened with the latest movies. I have been watching movies there since I was a kid. They also work with the local film society to bring in film festival's award winners. I saw Parasite before the media hype exploded. Smithers wouldn't be the same without it.
