We ordered kadai chicken combo for takeout. The dish came out completely uncooked and the oil was floating at the top. Also, the Naan was very chewy. Don’t recommend this place at all.

Tried the $16 lunch buffet - it was satisfying. Not a large selection, but the food was tasty and the service was friendly and attentive. We had the garlic Naan and I would recommend it. Definitely worth a visit and I'll be back again.

I had the pleasure of visiting Doom Express for the first time today, and it was an absolute treat! I tried their chaat papdi, which was bursting with flavor—crispy, tangy, and perfectly spiced. The portion size was generous, and the pricing was very reasonable. Thank you to the team for such a lovely experience—I’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu!

This is my go-to spot for Indian. It's extremely tasty and phenomenal bang for buck. I can usually get two solid meals out of one dish. Most places change more and don't include rice. I've only ever had take out.

One of the best indian restaurants. Very good price with good portion size. I love their daily and take-out deal. $40 takeout and you get a free butter chicken. Yum!!

We discovered this Indian restaurant in Ladner back in August 2024 — and wow! Every time we visit the in-law from North Surrey, it’s become our go-to spot. We always order from here, and honestly, it’s one of the best dining experiences we’ve had when it comes to takeout.

From their chanay puri, BBQ tandoori chicken, butter chicken, to the lamb pulao — everything is consistently on point. Each dish has its own distinctive flavor, perfectly spiced and absolutely delicious!

We travel once a month to visit my mother-in-law, and without fail, we treat ourselves to a Dhoom dinner every time. It’s hands-down the best Indian food we’ve had in BC!

Kids craving Indian and this place was 1.5km from the rink we were at.

Surprisingly really good good with good portions. Ordered:

Garlic naan x2
Lamb biryani - huge portion
Lamb vindaloo
Butter chicken - not a ton of meat
Yellow daal - very tasty

Server checked on us constantly!

Having visited almost every Indian restaurant in BC, over the past thirty odd years, it is inevitable that you have a favorite. This place has the right flavor for almost every dish they serve. The pricing is very reasonable as well. Thank you Doon. Keep it up always!
