Clean, comfortable and great host. Great hotel in general but there were some issues :
We had a room next to the road and the noise was quite disturbing. Also avoid if you don't have a car, the 404 bus passes only every 30mn during the day and every hour in the evening, and doing at least three hours of transport everyday is quite straining.

I stayed at this this for two nights and sure this hotel was charming as the says the room was clean and comfortable and the hotel owner help us get into are room when we need it she was nice and polite and there was complementary bottles of water. Even the Hotel owner gave us complementary apples. I would recommend to stay here!

非常不错的家庭旅馆，温馨舒适，虽然近邻马路，却闹中取静，房间里很安静。到处都干干净净，共用卫生间的房间是小户型，只有一张大床。独立卫生间的房间是主卧，宽敞明亮，卫生间是白色调，非常干净。床上用品都是纯棉的，温暖舒适。主人好客且能提供帮助。所以每次家人来温哥华我都直接预订这里。价格合理，是家庭旅馆中性价比比较高的。

在网上同时看见两个差评，感觉很可笑，也觉得做生意真不容易，替房东难过，其中两个印度人半夜里吵吵闹闹，楼上楼下跑来跑去，屋主不断出来告诫，但是他们并没有收敛，严重影响到其他客人，而且他客人被影响的无法入睡，也担惊受怕了一个晚上，所以这两组客人同时在Google地图上写差评，一个写房东监视他们不让他们自由活动，另一个写房东的房子不安全。感觉做生意真难。我住这里几天了，你其实这个家庭旅馆特别好，干干净净，没有任何问题，是个非常舒适安逸的家庭旅馆。我是常来的，所以替屋主打抱不平

I like that the owner was very responsive. I got replies from her almost immediately.
I'd give my whole experience 3 stars because
1. The room was not clean. The bathroom was dirty. The floor was swept but not mopped because I saw dirt and stains on the floor. There was a dresser in the room. The top drawer has stuff inside. The middle drawer has a piece of soiled clothing, it looked like a T-shirt but I didn't want to touch it. The table has a tea kettle, tea pot, and cups. The kettle had an insect inside. The teapot still has water and tea leaves. The tray/plate that holds the cups was slimy. 2. There was a fridge downstairs. It had no light. Using my cell phone flashlight, I can see dirty water in the fridge drawer. Would I return? NO.
I don't understand why they charge for cleaning fee but they didn't clean the room.

Overcrowded and overpriced. People are checking in loudly late after midnight and make you feel very unsafe and uncomfortable. Everything is shared, you can hear everything in every room and there is no privacy. The landlord lady is rude, creepy, and greedy. She lives in the basement and comes out every now and then to sneak behind you in the living room. There are cameras everywhere in the room and it's really creepy. The towels are dirty and there's no kitchen. If you are with your family, stay away from this place. Save your money and rent a hotel or Airbnb, both are cheaper and better than this slum.

Pleasant and comfortable room in a private home in a quiet neighborhood. Owner was pleasant and helpful, but we had very little interaction with her after her initial welcome (maybe because we left and didn't return until late that night!). More than one room is available for rent, but each room has a combination lock on the door for safety and privacy. There is a shared living room area with a small kitchen, which is really just a microwave, toaster and refrigerator available for guests' use. There is some food in the refrigerator that appears to have been left by prior guests. We would stay here again in a future visit.

A very good family hotel.Just like at home, clean and quiet, especially I want to tell you that the bed and beddings are very comfortable and clean, the host is very helpful and kind. Only three rooms for guests,but it's enough for us, we will come back again if possible.
