I recently had a disappointing experience at this pizza place. After eagerly anticipating my meal, I was shocked to find a long strand of hair in my pizza. It completely ruined the entire experience, and I immediately lost my appetite. I understand accidents happen, but this is something that should be addressed with better quality control.

I ordered 3 slices for delivery. The Hawaiian was good. The vegetarian had no identifiable veggies other than half a cherry tomato on the very edge. The cheese slice that I ordered for my son had 3 lines of pesto across it. My kid is 10. Give me a break. When he wants cheese pizza that's literally what he wants.
I tried to resolve this through Uber which didn't work. My son biked over to show Fresh Slice our 2 slices this afternoon and was told that's yesterday, we can't do anything about it now. Unresolved and disappointed.

One the best tasting pizza I have ever had. Always been on time with times and taste. Really great customer service as well. Team is really nice and soft spoken. Well deserved 5 starts from me.

Refused to make an order.

I walked in there at 8:45 PM tonight and the girl was mopping the floor. I asked to order a pizza and she said “ I have done everything”. Referring to her closing duties so I asked what time they close and she said 10:00PM. There was about 11 slices in the warmer that looked absolutely old and nasty.

I have worked in restaurants before and I know for a fact the closing duties were done way too early and the pizza takes 10 minutes to make and bake.

Do not bother coming here!

I seldomly give reviews that are negative, but this is the only time I ever had a bad experience with the slice of pizza I ordered specifically from Fresh Sliced. I couldn't pick which one at first as none of them already did not look fresh. I asked the staff if they were mad today to confirm, and she said yes. I ordered a meat lover at the end. The slize tasted like it was made many days ago, not flavourful and not tasty, yet the bread tasted very dull and not soft at all. I would give the two stars due to the service she gave me as it was great and she was polite. I highly recommend checking the quality of the food especially the bread and the sauce.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience here wasn’t great. The pizza was okay, but the whole place felt uncomfortable. The way people were treated didn’t feel friendly or respectful. When I asked questions about the menu, the response wasn’t helpful and came across as rude. The atmosphere felt tense, which made it hard to enjoy the meal. I don’t plan to go back, and I’d suggest trying somewhere else where the service is more welcoming.

This is my third or I believe fourth time it happened that I placed online order with them and upon arriving to pickup after 25 to 30 mins, my order was not ready. They always have an excuse when the order is not made. If you guys do not want to make what customer wants then why the item is on your menu. Only when I arrive at store today, a lady advised that they do not make that specific pizza there and another guy said it could be made and had to wait another 10-15 minutes. This is so ridiculous, you guys are making me wait 40 to 50 minutes just for two slices. Do better.
