Had a great breakfast while stopping through. Would recommend coming back. The serving sizes were huge. Had the big breakfast with 2 sausage, 2 bacon, 2 ham + eggs and toast. The meats were excellent quality. It wasn’t the skinny small bacon. - thick cut and delicious!

We came here for lunch, in that time we had 3 different servers who all seemed to know very little about the menu and the restaurant in general. We first asked if the patio was open, and the server said she didn’t think so. After being seated we asked what beers they had on tap since we didn’t receive a drinks menu, she didn’t know and returned with the menu. Then she only returned with my drink as she said she forgot my husbands order (even though she wrote it down?). Then a different server brought his beer after a few minutes and took our food order, we asked what the soup of the day was and she had to go find out. My son ordered waffles off the kids menu (the first waitress had given him both lunch and breakfast menus - clearly she didn’t know when breakfast ended) and after taking the order the other server returned to say sorry they are no longer serving the kids breakfast menu. When we received our food, I noticed the bread of my husbands clubhouse sandwich was burnt (picture).

There also were no change tables in either of the washrooms which is sub par for a family establishment.

The staff were standing around the front chatting and seemed pretty uninterested in working. I wouldn’t come here again.

The only reason I gave 2 stars is because my gyoza was good and my son’s portion of chicken fingers and fries was large.

I had the Fairy Lake breakfast bowl. It was everything I look for in a breakfast! Eggs, beans, veggies, hash browns, toast, salsa. Everything was fresh and proportions were spot on. Shared bacon with my partner and it was some of the best bacon ever.

Surprisingly an interesting breakfast menu for such a small town. All good was amazing, with huge portions and fare prices. The service was amazing, really welcoming and homie 🙂
