I recently took my mother (visiting from Nova Scotia) here along with my five year-old daughter. We thought it was fabulous. Our very first afternoon tea. The server, Cali, was knowledgable and super friendly. They were very accommodating and understanding of my dietary restrictions. They also even offered to make a mini plate for my five year-old daughter which included lovely fresh fruit, and a croissant. I’m a coffee drinker, and enjoy tea when I’m sick. I took the recommendation from Cali on the creamed Earl Grey and it was absolutely delicious. I couldn’t stop drinking it and finished the entire pot. Their afternoon tea is very reasonable priced and every item on the three tier plate was delicious. My mother had the small cream tea (we shared everything). We couldn’t get over the texture and flavour of the scones. They also put a lot of thought into the decor and finishing touches like super cute napkins, and an actual sugar dish and creamer on each table. We just had a fantastic time and even the owner of the restaurant came out to introduce herself and to see how everybody was doing it was just a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this restaurant for afternoon tea. I hope to go back soon to treat myself.

Mom’s birthday was April 21, took her to Afternoon Cream Tea today (24th), it was absolutely beautiful, peaceful and Cali (our server) was amazing. I had the best tea I’ve ever had and I’m not a tea drinker. (Double Cream Earl Grey), and I had the fig jam with clotted cream with my scones and fruit. It was very decadent. Mom enjoyed herself immensely. I’m allergic to raspberries and strawberries and they accommodated me. If you have the chance, take it in! Enjoy yourself.

Charming little coffee shop! We loved the ice cream and pastries - we everything was fresh and delicious. The coffee was really good too, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. They also have some really cute souvenirs for sale - we couldn’t resist and ended up buying an adorable dragon keychain. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Victoria!

This delightful Tea Shop is in the heart of historic James Bay* The afternoon tea is delicious and beautiful, served without pretence or posturing. The tea selection is extensive, the teapots adorable and customized to the tea you choose, and all the treats on the individual three-tiered plates are house-made.

Just a pretty, relaxed and delicious experience!

I would plan a trip back to Victoria just to visit Piggy & Paisley again! The perfect place for high tea, or a casual spot to work or meet up with friends. Highly recommend!

A wonderful, cozy place for a treat and a cup of tea. The atmosphere is charming. The service is exceptional and the food is delicious. There are lots of choices of tea varieties. If you are a full-time wheelchair user, go in and order the food and drink and one of the servers will then guide you to the accessible entrance to the seating section. Be aware that the washroom is NOT accessible for full-time wheelchair wheelchair users

Went with my girlfriend for afternoon tea. They have a separate area of the cafe for it, giving you a feeling of intimacy while you enjoy your treats. Our server was very attentive and kind, and everything was so delicious! I enjoyed my tea choice, and especially the savories and scones on my platter. I also appreciate how they give you your own portion of clotted cream and jam; often at other restaurants, you have to share those with other people at your table. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and we will be back.
