i enjoy coming here for the location, interior and food. the only thing that makes it hard to come back is the customer service. the employees aren’t very friendly and make it seem like they’re better than you. it makes for an uncomfortable visit.

I come here every so often. Desserts are awesome, and I often get the club sandwich. Today I got the burger, and it’s top notch. One of the best in town if you ask me.

Well what a lovely-find- My sista and I were walking baby-boo aka baby bear, booboo bear...the cat in a buggy along the Gorge walkway, we were looking out for "cafe" as we the French would say- when we spotted suns, yellow suns we followed and led us into the Sol fine foods, a marvelous little quaint shop! We were greeted with smiles and took it upon ourselves to look everywhere, as there was so much to see! The food portions, large and looking divinely delicious! The prices were quite decent and we settled for a cafe and a macha- There was brown sugar, cream, milk mmmmm what a treat! We made inquiries about their fries, which we were told were made from scratch, the foods in the shop are mostly sourced locally, a feature which is definitely much appreciated. I have a feeling they will be around for a while....next time, a wrap, fries,another cafe and a picnic somewhere around the beautiful walkway!

The Chefs from Sol catered an 120 person event for us at the last minute- we were so grateful that they were up for it, even with only a week’s notice! The food was fab, and very reasonable prices as we are a non-profit organization. The Chefs provided a lot of diversity for different appetites and dietary restrictions. Chef Michael is a pleasure to work with, very professional and accommodating, going the extra mile to help make the event run smoothly. The guests were very impressed with the soup, especially the squash! Thank you for catering for us, we will be reaching out for catering again for sure!

Sol Food is a delight to visit, and I recommend to anyone looking for a "homestyle" meal at a reasonable price. The staff are all very friendly and attentive. The food is delicious, and you can taste the love it is made with. 10/10 on all aspects.

The restaurant is a super nice place with a great location in Victoria. On top of that, the staff are very friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious. My favorites are the BBQ Box 🤤 and the Beef Lasagna.

We also hired their catering service to celebrate a soccer championship, and it was amazing! The food was incredibly tasty.

First review:The sandwiches are really bland. Had the roast beef and it tasted like nothing and the cellophane had red beef juice on it. If they added cheese, mustard, and onions I bet It would be great. Was my first time in and all of the baked goods looked so amazing so I was let down when the sandwich was so sad.

New review: haven't go back to try it, but I appreciate that they rectified the issue! Had their blondie there once too and it was delicious... changing to 4 stars.
