Went for a hard gel fill. Asked if I wanted oval, my response was no. I have stiletto with a round tip (avoid poking holes in tights). How much off, same as growth approx 1/16th of an inch.

Ended up oval, asked if okay...too late. Said could tip all my nails when natural long.
They were 1/16th to 1/8th in length, not hard gel but manicure with no structure or apex. My nails were bending and broke next day. I had to pay again elsewhere to fix.

Also, I did ask as the service was progessing and reassured each time. At end of service was offered to come back if any problems with bending.
I did not, because I was already there telling them my concern and being ignored especially when I am a licensed tech.

Sarah is hands down the best! She’s super detail-oriented—not just with shaping and design, but also with how the gel is applied so it looks flawless and lasts. You can tell she really cares about her work and takes her time to make sure every set is perfect. If you want nails that look amazing and actually hold up, she’s the one to go to!

My best friend and I went to Langford Nail Art & Spa for the first time yesterday, and we recieved the BEST manicures and pedicures I have ever had. Cynthia and Duc were SO detailed and took their time to make sure our nails were flawless. I am beyond impressed with Cynthia's work, and thrilled that I have found my new nail girl!!! Nails by Sarah!! I love how very thorough and detailed she is with her work. Guides and assures you throughout the session to make sure you are okay with the color and design of your nails. Highly recommend! 10/10 <3

Langford Nail Spa is my favourite place for a pedicure. They’re also very accommodating of my young daughter and elderly coming here. It’s a great value and the polish lasts longer than it does when I go elsewhere where. Mary is so lovely and always makes you feel welcome and taken care of.
