I am a very frequent customer & was excited for my stop in today. I looked online this morning to make sure they were open today and they were (12pm) i got to the mall at 11:55 and waited until 12:22pm wich is when the one staff member finally showed up to open up. Said she was running late in a rushed manner and did not open the gate until 12:47pm while i waited with my baby. She had made my drink way too sweet to the point of not being able to take more than a few sips and then i tossed it in shear disappointment. and to top it off, my elderly mothers drink was made wrong too as she mentioned no sweetener and the drink had extra sugar. Very Unsatisfied with today’s visit….

Walked into the location and was waiting for a bit to get served. No greeting and there was only 1 customer that they were interested in conversing with. Im usually a patient person but I call it as it is.
Definitely a possibility that the customer was a very important individual but just decided to go across to stone city and got a proper greeting right away. Honestly I would try them again but would expect to wait very long even though there is only 1 person there

Chanced upon this coffee shop at Clearspring Centre. Got a coconut fog latte and loved it! The service and ambience was very welcoming. This will be my go-to place for specialty coffee and tea in Steinbach

Awesome coffee shop with a very atmospheric setup! The staff are always very friendly and courteous. Kathleen was very helpful and helped me decide what drink to get on my visit today. I got the Iced Mocha and it was fantastic! They have a vast drink menu with a great collection of hot and cold drinks. There is definitely something for everyone! Will definitely come again. Thanks for a great experience!

Popped in this store for the first time and I have to say it is a lovely store and cafe. I ordered the eggnog latte and wow it was so good! Better then Starbucks! The young lady that was working the counter was very friendly, and welcoming. All in all a positive experience, will definitely be my go to place for my lattes 💕
