We loved the Victorian. House is very spacious, beautifully decorated, with very comfortable beds with high end linens. The Victorian is in a great location, walking distance to excellent restaurants (Bocado was our favourite) and bars, 15 minutes to sandbanks. The addition of the hot tub, games room and screened in porch were unexpected and fabulous.

The Victorian served as an incredible home base during a reunion weekend for my family who are born and raised County folk. The house is stunning and spacious with amenities that far surpassed our expectations. The little details, such as county based artwork, the games closet and black makeup towels, really show how much care had been taken to make their guests feel at home. The location was perfect, walkable to everything on Main Street. Peter and Jackie are gracious and attentive hosts and check-in/checkout was easy. Thanks for making us feel at home in our hometown.

The perfect spot for a family getaway! The house is spacious, has lots of room for communal gatherings, and more than enough rooms to have some privacy as well (and the beds are some of the comfiest I've ever slept in) My personal favourite was the screened in porch at the back of the house with the outdoor heater - a great spot to hang out on chilly nights. Beautiful neighbourhood and extremely close to downtown (less than 5 minute walk to the main street). Great experience - will come back again!

Such a lovely place! The house itself is amazing. There is so much space to have a nice weekend away with friends and family while also feeling so cozy. My favourite room was definitely the back living room with all of the natural light and the comfy couches. Made a great place to sit down relax and read! Overall a 10/10 !!

The Victorian was the perfect half way place (Ottawa/Toronto) for a family get-a-way. It is a spacious, comfortable, (especially the beds) and incredibly well appointed home. It is a short walk to town and all the cute stores and delicious restaurants. My family found some good walking trails to explore, as well as visited The Sandbanks. The dining room table is perfect for yummy meals and lots of laughs. We look forward to returning to The Victorian.

The perfect spot for a family gathering. Beautiful home, sleeps 8 easily in four bedrooms, great kitchen with all the toys, and the location could not be better. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Picton area, and just a short drive to Sandbanks provincial park. And, only a short walk for groceries, restaurants and neat little stores.
Five stars, more if it was possible.

Wonderful property in the heart of Picton. If you enjoy an active lifestyle the Prince Edward County Millennium Trail starts at the end of the street, and the Macaulay Mountain Conservation Area is within walking distance. You can relax after a busy day in the super comfortable hotel quality beds.
