Accueil agréable dans cet hôtel calme mais en travaux actuellement (les ouvriers commencent tôt leur journée). Chambre de qualité avec une bonne literie. Petit déjeuner convenable, parking facile et compris dans le tarif. Aucune surprise, proche d'une station service.

Endroit tres propre avec employés tres professionnels. Endroit ou aller pour les familles avec enfants, ils vont avoir un plaisir fou dans la piscine et la glissade. Merci pour l'accueil.

My perspective is slightly skewed, as the Ferries underwrites my stay here, as the marine campus is just a few minutes away in Cassidy.

However, I have stayed here on multiple occasions over the last year, and despite the fact that I’m not a paying guest, this doesn’t detract from the fact that this hotel offers a product that is distinctly better than average relative to its competition locally, and relative to accommodations north of Duncan.

The staff have always been uniformly friendly, and efficient.

My room(s) have always had a 3/4 sized refrigerator, two-burner hot plate, sofa bed, large TV, and ample space to hang one’s clothing.

If you are a light sleeper, it is advisable to have a south-facing suite, as the highway never rests.

The complimentary breakfast is fine. I certainly wasn’t quibbling.

Considering the size of the hotel, I was impressed by the equipment in the gym. Three treadmills, a universal gym, and a rack of dumbbells up to 50lb; more than adequate.

A small pool, hot tub, sauna, and a water slide for children.

Would I return as a paying guest? Yes, without hesitation.

Stayed here as it was in close proximity to airport. Beds were comfortable but a lot of outside/hotel noise. Breakfast was free but not very good. Waffle machines has old batter on them and were not in use. Had some toast and yogurt.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We are a family of 4 with two kids, ages 6 and 8. The kids loved the pool and the waterslide. We spent a lot of time there. The pool depth started at 3'6" with stairs and gradually got deep to a depth of 4'6". ||||We stayed in a standard 2 queen bed room. It was a little on the smaller side, so and extended stay might feel a little cramped with 4 people. But it was just right for our one night stay.

We booked two rooms here for our family. The hotel is in a very nice location with ample parking. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and accommodating. The facilities were very clean. The fitness room was more than adequate, and my family members loved the pool area. It’s also very close to Nanaimo and all its attractions.

I think my whole family agrees that this was a very nice hotel. My son said he’d enjoy staying here again. I agree.
