I recently visited Flow Spa in Peterborough with my mom for her birthday, and it was such a special experience! We both tried the water float pod and the infrared sauna, and we left feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated. The float pod was a peaceful escape, helping us unwind completely, while the infrared sauna provided the perfect warm and soothing follow-up. The spa’s atmosphere was calm and inviting, and the staff made the day feel even more special with their friendly service. I highly recommend Flow Spa for anyone looking to treat themselves or a loved one to a serene and restorative experience!

I had an amazing time at the Flow Spa! Opted for a 30-minute float session that was incredibly rejuvenating. I felt weightless, allowing me to fully relax and concentrate on deep breathing. I highly recommend watching the instructional video at least once, as it effectively prepared me for what to expect. After the float, I tried the infrared sauna and contrast therapy. Although hesitant at first, I decided to give the cold plunge a shot and was pleasantly surprised that I did it- the cold tub required more mental strength than anything, but felt great. I enjoyed the private aspect of each room. The facility was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the staff were courteous and helpful. I rate my overall experience as a 5/5 and will incorporate Flow Spa again as part of my self-care routine!

I have been so impressed with the flow spa! Everything is always so calm and serene, and most importantly, the staff is absolutely incredible! Always ready to answer questions always incredibly kind and most importantly, so respectful and accommodating to all of my needs as a client! I have tried several of the services at flow spa, and cannot recommend this place enough! Love it! It is so, so worth a try!

Quiet, serene, clean spa with great staff. The front massage room is a little slice of heaven. Large, warm fireplace, soft music and Olivia was great.

It was my first float and overall a great experience. I think the hardest part is getting used to doing absolutely nothing.

Do yourself a favor and go get relaxed. !☺️

Very relaxing, I wasn't sure what to expect for my first time but they walked me through the process, common pitfalls and how to avoid them. It was relaxing, it was somewhere between floating in a bath and being warm in bed. I fell asleep and woke up feeling relaxed and refreshed. It is really clean and there was space that I could dry my hair and get ready for the next part of my day!

I received a gift to try out the Flow Spa. When I made the appointment, I received a very helpful video on what to expect. When I attended, I was taken to my room and shown how everything works. It was a wonderful private experience. I have returned for more appointments including a massage. Everyone there is very helpful and I look forward to more Flow Spa experiences.

A great way to relax and recharge! My first time doing float therapy and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Used the float room instead of the pod and there was ample space to stretch out and float.
