He listened attentively and addressed my areas of pain, and also explained everything as it was my very first hot stone massage. I started going to Massage Addict due to neck pain and back pain. The massage therapist I was paired up with has been incredible. Very knowledgeable and ensures I feel comfortable at every session. The front desk staff are super welcoming and I love the ease of direct billing to my insurance company and ability to book online. I made the commitment to myself to attend monthly to an appointment for overall maintenance and it has been so worth it. You will not regret getting booked in at Massage Addict!

I was a regular client a year or so ago at this location, I recently returned to give it a try and never again! This place has gone downhill so much! Aesthetically the establishment was in disarray beyond the reception area. The treatment rooms were filled with junk like they were being used as storage areas. There were holes in the bathroom wall that had been patched up, everything was dusty and where there used to be cloth single use hand towels are now paper towels, and cheap dollar store hand soap. I had a massage with Ethan and it was single-handedly the worst massage I have ever had in my life. From his clammy cold hands to the alternating between too light barely touching me, to the painful too hard pressure there was zero consistency or communication. He somehow managed to focus on every area but the problem ones we had discussed. I left in more discomfort than when I arrived. He had an extremely rude and unfriendly demeanour, he was not welcoming or helpful at all. He was not friendly and did not seem to know what he was doing at all; I can’t figure out if it was lack of experience or that he simply did not care. It was like speaking to a robot, he stayed script and literally seemed like he had memorized his dialogue. I would ask the question or comment and he would not even acknowledge it, he had no interest in discussing anything. The entire treatment felt like a rush from the second I stepped in the door, until the minute I left. The place was a complete ghost town. There were seemingly no other people working there and no other patrons, and for good reason! What a dump! The entire expos was completely uncomfortable. For the price they are charging. I will go to an actual spa and have a great service in a clean, welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, by an RMT that knows that they are doing and cares. Save yourself the hassle and the money and go somewhere better!

It is a good place, I brought my wife here for the first time and she liked it.
The staff is friendly and the massager who attended my wife was very professional. He knew it was her first time in the place and he made her feel very comfortable and confident. She left the place with a very good impression. We heard all of the massagers are qualified and well prepared.
You have to make an appointment and when you get you can specify if you have a particular need or an area where you need more attention.
Good for relaxing and also therapeutic massages.

The place was very clean, all staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. From the second we walked in to the moment we left we felt important and cared for. We had Jonathan Paul and Krista for our treatments and would recommend either of them to anyone.

The receptionist is warm and welcoming, as well as very friendly and helpful, and was great answering all my questions.
My massage therapist was great as well. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He was friendly and knowledgeable.
I also saw the acupuncturist and he was great! I was nervous at first but he explained everything and calmed my nerves.

Amazing service from everyone I have dealt with.

I am so happy with my visits so far, I've signed up for the membership and would recommend to anyone!
The staff goes above and beyond.

Graydon has given me the best massage compared to anyone I have ever gone to in the past. He is very focused on understanding the areas giving me issues and ways he can help me address them versus just giving a standard massage. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. In terms of the clinic the staff are always friendly. I like the fact that I can book online or call for appointments. I like that I don't have to submit to my insurance. The only thing I would say is that the facility looks a little dark and dingy and could use some updating.
