I was disappointed my gel nail polish was not right down to my skin. There was a large gap that made it appear like the nails had grown out right out of the salon. I was also disappointed the nail art was just stickers, seeing as I have the exact same stickers at home.

However, my nail tech was absolutely lovely so I feel horrible leaving her a negative review.

Carys was wonderful. It was my first time getting nail extensions. All the staff made me feel pampered and took the time to reach out to see what nail inspiration ideas I had for bridal nails. Thank you Kiki and Carys and to the others who were working that day.

Fabulous! Highly recommend!
Visited to get my nails done for my wedding and had such a lovely time. The salon is so warm, comfortable and cozy, right in the centre of the village. The staff are just great, they take such good care of you, especially Nicole who did my nails, so talented! And such a lovely person, a real sweet-heart! Would definitely recommend booking with her if you want a beautiful end result for nails! Such a pro ! Exactly what I was looking for our big day! Thank you to the whole team!

I received a pedicure and was unsatisfied with my experience. The owner contacted me immediately and set up a second appointment with a senior nail tech. Tiger was great and so was her massage. I highly recommend Tiger as she’s lovely and knowledgeable.

I recently visited here to get my nails and eyelashes done for a wedding. Tiger did my nails and I was very happy with them and the service she gave. She clearly knew what she was doing and went with my brief, with her knowledge and experiance I achieved what I wanted. Tiger is a lovely girl, she made me feel at ease and we chatted all the way through the appointment. My nails lasted 3 weeks and could of lasted another week if I didn't have to go back to work!

My classic eyelashes were done by Madison and were also just what I was wanted. Madison was very gentle and efficient putting the lashes on. They lasted around 2.5 weeks for the full effect.

This place is incredible!! Get my nails done by Steph here and always such a 10/10, definitely one of the best in Whistler! Always get so many compliments on my nails and they always last forever!

Found it in the village as a tourist. The only painless eyebrow wax I've ever had! They use a special hard wax for sensitive skin and it is amazing. Brows were done well, not thin. The nail techs used hygienic equipment and were very nice. The place was clean. As a tourist, I was surprised they have visiting guests remove their shoes at the entryway. They don't provide slippers though. Not an American custom, but it didn't bother me. But they did assume coming in the door that all guests would already know to do this. It was a rainy day when we visited and they didn't want the floors to be wet.

Nicole did such a great job on my nails, I'm obsessed!! She was super friendly and took her time to go though everything with me. I am not that knowledgeable about manicures and she made me feel really comfortable. I would highly recommend her.
