I’ve been coming here for about 17 years. I absolutely love this place. It’s one of my favourite Canadian getaways. I usually try to come once or twice a year every year. We stay right at the lodge which gives you free access to the pools. If you’re a soaker or swimmer it’s definitely the way to go! I highly recommend this place. It’s sure to become a favourite of yours too!

I spent 7 days at Fairmont Hot Springs during the last week of April to help recover from a knee injury. It was a perfect place for relaxation and healing — very peaceful, beautifully designed, and surrounded by stunning views.

The pools offer different water temperatures, which felt amazing on the body, and the mineral-rich water definitely helped with recovery. The staff were friendly, though I wish I had known earlier that after 7:30 PM, the entry ticket is only $8 instead of $17 — I only found out on my last day!

Overall, I highly recommend this place. It’s the best hot springs experience I’ve had in British Columbia.

My recent visit to Fairmont Hot Springs was somewhat disappointing. Upon arrival, we found ourselves a bit confused about where to go. After asking at the first building, we received directions to the entrance at the back, where we paid our entrance fee.One essential tip: remember to bring your own towel and water, as these are not provided. The pools themselves are well-maintained, but I have to say that I was not impressed with the overall experience.There was only one heated pool, and it was quite crowded. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t classify the water as “hot springs”—it felt more like lukewarm water, which was underwhelming for my expectations.Overall, I likely won’t be returning, as this experience did not live up to what I had hoped for.

Had a great time at the Fairmont hotel and hot springs. Food was good, service was great, the pools were clean (if a little loud due to screaming children).

Would I go here to relax? No. Would I go here if I was middle-class redneck? Absolutely. It's not a high class place, although prices would suggest it.

The staff was the absolute best part of this stay. Thank you to the team!

We went to both the lower natural pools and the upper pools!

The lower natural pools were awesome, an easy - moderate hike to get down to them and lots of room in the pools for people. The pools were warm when we went and it wasn’t very busy so we were able to relax and enjoy.

The upper pools are fun as well. The water is definitely hotter and bigger which is nice and there’s lots of room on the lawns to sit and bask in the sun. The view of the mountains and the surrounding areas are perfect and it’s just a very enjoyable place to be!

Only downside is that the pools need more frequent cleanings and some serious repairs are required inside the pool and the change rooms. In the pools there are loose or missing tiles which is an hazard and in the change rooms half the stall door locks don’t work and most of the showers are cold water only.

Nice place to go and enjoy one of Canada's treasures... hot springs. It's a nice place to soak and relax. There are activities as well. Golf, river rafting, canoeing... to name a few. On site restaurant and bar for food n beverages after a good soak or stressful game of golf.

Lovely RV campground situated near the rockies. Mineral pool was very nice, though busy. Lots of small shops just down the road. The staff was excellent and very friendly
