I recently had hot tub services performed by Splash at my Whistler property, resulting in a $5,447 charge that was never quoted, approved, or authorized in advance. At no point did I receive a written estimate or contract outlining the costs. Under BC consumer protection laws, charges over $50 require a written contract or estimate, and exceeding it by more than 10% without reauthorization is unacceptable. Despite reaching out to dispute the charge and request a detailed breakdown, I am still waiting for a satisfactory resolution. I strongly advise potential customers to ensure they receive clear, upfront estimates before proceeding with any services. PS: hot tub is still leaking

We needed to replace an old hot tub in Whistler. Dave Nash gave us excellent service and pricing. Recommend!
Update: We hired Splash to service our hot tubs and it was not a good experience. Our guests were always complaining about poor water quality. When I sent pictures to Splash, I was treated badly by the staff. When we needed a control display panel replaced, I could never get anyone to follow through. I do not recommend them anymore, and we’ve switched our service and our spa purchases to Poolside. They have been servicing our hot tubs for over 2 years now, and they are great.

I had a disappointing experience with this company when one of their employees, driving their company vehicle on a rainy day, deliberately splashed me as I was walking (in a gated community). Despite ample opportunities to avoid it, they did not. The employee's actions were unprofessional and disrespectful. This incident reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and basic customer courtesy.

They don’t show up all the time, my hot tub was poorly maintained, at the end I had to pay up a lot to repair it. It was very disappointing.
