Viola is very passionate about her craft and she really takes her time to shape your brows, check, and recheck, and make minor adjustments. She explains to you what to expect for each and every step and put me at ease as it was my second time doing my brows (the first was 3 years ago and all faded). It was a very stress free session and I appreciate how patient she was with all my questions. Her daughter is super well-behaved and her home salon is very convenient, clean and bright. From the moment you contact her until even after the procedure, Viola has been professional, passionate, friendly, very knowledgeable experienced and easy-going.
During the procedure, she explained everything prior to each step to ease the process and clarified any questions I had.

I had my eyebrows microbladed about 3 years ago but Viola's techniques are much better and her shaping is on point 👌 She knows exactly what shape suits your face.

Viola did my eyebrows in the salon in her home. We spent a long time getting the shape right for my face from different angles before getting started. I am only a day after the procedure at the moment but so far so good, it's so nice for me to feel so ready by having nice eyebrows without making any effort! Her home salon is sparkling clean, and she really knows her stuff about the procedure and explains each step along the way so there are no surprises. 100% would reccomend!
