Pad Thai is so goooood! Great location, friendly server, reasonable price. There also lots of option for vegan/ gluten free.

This was such a special surprise for us to discover! Based on reviews we decided to give it a shot. I had the best Pad Tai I have had in a very long time. My husband had green chicken curry and loved it! It soon tried the dragon burger extra hot and he and his wife fought over it. My daughter-in- law had sesame chicken Cambo Combo. So delicious! We all tried each other's food and it was all delicious! The waitress was attentive but not at all bothersome. She brought colouring page and creations for our toddler without us asking even. She was fantastic!

Extremely poor kitchen service. Went out for a family day trip to Penticton and walked around to find something to eat, finally decided to eat at this restaurant. We asked about the wait time as we had to hit the road before it got too late and they said it would be about 30 minutes. We ended up waiting almost an hour and a half for some simple chicken strips and pad thai, even though we asked close to the hour mark how much longer it would be as it was getting late and they said another 10 minutes, but I suspect they forgot about our food completely as it took another 40 minutes for it to come out.

What irritated us even more was the fact that there was another family that had ordered just before us and got their food quickly (they seemed to only wait about 20 min). Not sure why we were just forgotten for so long and seemed that other customers were getting preference. Even though it was clear we were irritated we didn't even get offered a discount for such a long wait time.

If you're looking to save time and find a decent meal, this is NOT it. This kind of ruined an already nice day out with the fam unfortunately.

Cambo Restaurant is located very near the beach with easy access. Jenn provided excellent, friendly service.
As we are familiar with Thai food prepared in Thailand we found the Chicken Pad Thai to be tasty and authentic. The Green Curry dish was ok but not the best we have had. The veggie rolls were tasty. Portions were generous.
To recap we do recommend Cambo Beach Restaurant.

Great experience.
This is a find, one of a kind, family owned/operated restaurant. Everything we had was super fresh and delicious! You must try the sesame chicken 😋Also I am a won ton soup nut and this is my top pick in the last 10 years. Exceptional service. Our server, Georgia, was so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. It’s so nice to be treated so well. I don’t often take food pics to add to my reviews but you need to see the quality and generous portions! Great value. We will be back and bring our family and friends. Our new top favorite for casual dining in Penticton

The waitress was very friendly, kind and helpful! The food was very good and the plating was surprisingly well done seeing as the exterior of the building isn't the prettiest. Was originally drawing in by the beer advertised on their umbrellas and was glad to see they served it! We arrived around five minutes before closing but we managed to get squeezed in and served! Excellent!
