Elaine was an amazing sales person today. She did such a good job at describing how delicious the chocolates were, and even gave me a free sample. She sold me on a whole bunch of chocolates for my nieces today! I highly recommend this shop, they are also Canadian owned and made. The Penticton location has such wonderful service. Their chocolates are the best!!

Stopped in for ice cream for my son while shopping yesterday afternoon, just wanted to mention the fantastic customer service! The young lady was genuinely cheerful and engaging with my child - even noticed he had a fresh haircut and gave him a compliment:) Very polite to the next customers in line while she was finishing our order. My son rated the cotton candy ice cream 5/5!

33% mark up in a year from $21( already over priced to $ 28 for 6 small turtle chocolates. Outrageous and greedy. Keep your chocolates.

Paid extra for sipping for birthday delivery, with several extra days. It was delivered on time BUT to wrong address.
Wrong house altogether. Also did not follow directions to deliver to basement suite in back yard.
Left package at front door of an unknown house.
Package is being redone but will end up about a week late.
I’d have to say that
“Purdys gift guarantee” ….
“Your gifts will arrive in perfect condition (as if you'd delivered them yourself).” Is not at all true,
Because, if I delivered them myself, they would be at the right house
And they’re be there on or before her birthday.
Sorry Purdy’s this is not ok.
I’ve always had great service and I love your chocolate, but this time is a major disappointment.

Bought milk chocolate sweet Georgia browns by mistake. Returned not 10 mins later and they wouldn't exchange for dark chocolate. This is a packaged product. Doesn't make sense.

200 g of mini foil covered eggs were advertised on the shelf as $12.50. When paying it rang in at $20.00. I showed the young lady the price on the shelf. She grabbed the ticket off the shelf and told me it was a mistake. Fair enough but I said that that was the price I expected to pay. She told me no,it was a mistake. So,Purdy's I am deeply dissatisfied in this lack of customer service.

Hey, it's chocolate! C'mon in and get yo'self some. In my case, I just came in on Valentine's Day to try some of their samples, and pick up a nice box for my wife, with a good selection of what they have available. Then some nice gift wrapping - today they slipped a black garter around red gift wrapping - hey that's pretty slick for Valentine's!
