Je ne veux en aucun cas nuire a la reputation de cet etablissement, juste donner un avis eclaire a ceux qui voudraient definir si ce restaurant correspondra a leurs attentes ou pas.Le lieu est mignon, on sent l'investissement de l'equipe pour creer un endroit unique avec une decoration particuliere. Le service est irreprochable, la serveuse patiente et de bon conseil si les questions sont precises. En revanche, la nourriture etait decevante a notre niveau puisque nous avons beaucoup voyage et sommes habitues a des plats savoureux. Les prix sont donc eleves pour la qualite, les nouilles sautees sont ordinaires et correspondent plus a un plat de fast food/fritterie qu'a celles d'un restaurant. Le Bibimbap etait sans aucun assaisonnement, les legumes juste bouillis et pas assez egouttes (notamment les epinards) donnant a l'ensemble un gout sans interet. Seule la sauce (industrielle) a part etait sensee assaisonner le plat. De fait c'etati cher pour ce que c'etait. J'encourage l'equipe a parfaire leur recette car la base est la, l'emplacement parfait pour faire recette. Il faut juste relever d'un cran le niveau de la qualite gustative. Je leur souhaite le meilleur car il ne manque pas grand chose pour faire de cet endroit un super lieu convivial

Katsu Heaven has quickly become one of my absolute favorite spots in Penticton. The food and service here are consistently excellent. Their Korean-style fried chicken is—even weeks later—unforgettable: perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, with a mouthwatering blend of savory and spicy flavors that absolutely hit the mark.

Every visit, the friendly staff make you feel welcomed instantly, attentive without being intrusive, and always ready to recommend their latest specials. The rest of the menu lives up to the hype as well—great variety, fresh ingredients, and generous portions.

If you’re craving some of the best Korean chicken in town and want top-notch service to match, Katsu Heaven is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

Korean chicken was very tasty! Nice and crispy and had a sesame flavour that was quite nice. Also had the Bibimbap and it was pretty good. I like that the rice gets crispy in the hot stone dish. It could use more flavour though. You add as much sauce as you want but expected the meat and veggies to have more flavour. Not sure I’d order again. I’d order the chicken again though. Service was great and the themed booths were fun.

The restaurant interior was unique. Waited twenty minutes for my order to be ready. I loved how the katsu stayed crispy even though I had it to go—ended up enjoying it on the beach. It also came with a miso soup. Serving was generous. No wonder they have a high rating.

I walked past Katsu Heaven on a search for some dinner. I was surprised to see such a gorgeous restaurant with nobody inside! I quickly checked the Google reviews and they were great so I went ahead and ordered some takeout. I ordered the pork/cheese katsu and sweet potato croquettes. The presentation and freshness was very impressive for take out. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Hopefully next time I’ll have the time to dine in.

Amazing food, little on the sweet side but absolutely tasty! The atmosphere was great, music and ambience of the tables was exactly what we were looking for on our date night! The Japanese soda’s were the high point for us but the sizzling plates did not disappoint.

Had amazing food--got an entree and too many appies to eat because it all looked so good. It can out quite quick as well. The server was very helpful and attentive.

Excellent food. I had the spicy pork bowl(?) and it was packed with flavour . It was delicious. I also started with deep fried vegetable gyoza. The food was amazing. In addition to great food were the two awesome ladies who served us.
