Servers are polite, but not very attentive. Food looks good but when it’s on your table, it’s quite the failure. Our group ordered two of the same pizzas. One was undercooked, and the other was completely falling apart. I brought it back to the kitchen, and they took it for me, didn’t Communicate with a solution. They ended up bringing another one, but we already decided another place to eat. When we got the bill, our pizza was still on there. $27 for a failed medium pizza. (It actually looked broken when they first dropped it off.)

A much bigger roof top than I thought it would be. Lots of seating with comfortable sectionals, tables, a bar, misters to keep you cool in the heat, umbrellas, a tropical vibe with the flamingos and music with great views all around. Certain drinks are a little sweet but that might be what you want. Definitely worth checking out during the warmer months as it is most likely a seasonal place that closes for winter.

This place is exceptional for the atmosphere and the views. However, we left hungry!
My son and I both ordered 2 appies each, and both had 2 drinks each. The apples were $14 each and super small. Though there were larger available on the dinner menu, bot
h of us felt that 2 each would be plenty. No.
On the flip side, the appies were absolutely delicious. Just not big enough.

The views are absolutely breathtaking, providing the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable dining experience. The dishes are not only unique but taste even better than they sound. And the cocktails? You’ll be saying, “One more, please!”

Came on their second day open for my best friends birthday, and the service was amazing! We got a couple of pizzas that were lacking in sauce a bit, and the servers were so nice about it and comped them! Such a cute space and atmosphere for a decent price! Good food, good music, will be coming back with my friends! 😊

The Rooftop is a very comfortable, beautifully decorated patio with stunning views of Okanagan Lake and fantastic ambience. Add attentive, friendly service and great food to the mix and you can’t go wrong!!
The pizzas we had were delicious, made in an authentic Italian pizza oven. We also tried one of the sandwiches, also so very good and served with thin, super crispy homemade chips.
Because it’s only open in the summer, I highly recommend taking advantage of this unique location while you can! ☀️

My husband and I went here a few months ago, and it was amazing. We returned a month ago, and it was terrible. Our pizza was ice cold, and no one checked on us after we received our ice cold pizza. The atmosphere is amazing, but they need to pick up their game. .

We were excited to go to the Palmer Rooftop while staying in the hotel below. It was a hugely disappointing experience!

We ordered a variety of their pizzas and cocktails for lunch. My cocktail was their version of an old fashion. I am guessing their liquor was warm as my first sip was fairly watery, and the ice cube had melted quite a bit on arrival. I didn’t complain, but did mention to the waitress it seemed watery which she brushed off.

When the pizzas arrived it was one of the more disappointing experiences I’ve had at premium causal restaurants. We had the Margarita and King Peach. The King Peach sounded interesting but was simply awful, their were two main issues #1 I am sure they use canned peaches, so the sugar doesn’t come out when cooking they are just large lumps of mush on the pizza. Second and most troubling was the bitterness of the pizza dough. They had likely not taken the time to get the pizza oven to a good temperature with embers, and it was overly smoky (that’s my guess…maybe it wasn’t cleaned). The pizza dough tasted awful and no one enjoyed it…the same issue happened with the Margarita.

I mentioned this to the server and she replied it was because they use a wood oven. I’ve had plenty of wood fired pizzas in my life and never something so unenjoyable. So I’d have to assume from the numerous miscues (when we arrived they were washing the floors with a hose and mop and weren’t ready to be open from what we could tell, the assistant server also tripped over a side table knocking over glasses with no real acknowledgment they had done it, general disorganization and trouble getting our orders, etc) that the staff really didn’t know what they were doing and were selling an image…brushing off people who actually know what they are taking about because these people are so green.

I hope the place turns around, but I have a feeling this place is all about illusion of the finer things with no idea how to execute.
