I had an incredible evening at Seaside Provisions! Their newly expanded room is absolutely stunning—large, beautifully designed, and with a unique concept where you can build your own charcuterie board. The wine list is extensive, and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to pairing recommendations. Sebastian, our host for the evening, went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic experience.

The cocktails were top-notch, and the dessert—bread pudding—was a true standout, one of the best I’ve ever had! If you’re visiting, I highly recommend trying the oysters and the wagyu carpaccio. And don’t miss their fancy cheese and meat counter—it’s a high-end foodie experience you won’t want to miss!

We absolutely loved the oysters and charcuterie boards. We arrived at happy hour and we're treated to wonderful service. The cocktails were perfectly crafted. We will definitely return again to sample more of the menu.

We came here for happy hour because of the $1.50 oysters. We ordered 2 dozen oysters and a few other appetizers (mushroom flatbread not pictured but it was delicious). The shrimp cocktail and the brussel sprouts were nothing to write home about, but the burrata salad was incredibly tasty and had me writing down what was in it so I could recreate it at home. The oysters were fresh and full of flavour, exactly what we wanted. The interior of the restaurant was nice but we were sat in a corner so we didn’t get to see much of it. Our waitress also kept trying to upsell us and recommended the most expensive items on the menu which was a little off putting but easy to shrug off. We will definitely be back to try more things on the menu.

Best Happy Hour on the North Shore! All the food was amazing! Especially the Mushroom flatbread & Oysters! And you have to try the Tres Leches Tirmisu!

1 star… not best service overall, then server rolled their eyes when we selected a tip. Biggest disappointment was that we came from Burnaby just to have oysters special and they limited us to 6 per table saying they were low. (There were three of us.. can’t imagine a table with more people). And then when we asked if we could have more since it’s the only reason we came, they said no they only had six left, which sounded like a lie. No compassion.

Besides this, delicious food, great aesthetic, great location, has paid parking below! But I wouldn’t go back.

When I go to a restaurant, I go to have a good time not to feel unwelcome just because of feeling disappointment. If a customer feels disappointed, the servers should show empathy and say that they totally understand that we took a whole trip to get here and they’re very sorry that they don’t have any more oysters. Or something along those lines. At least that’s how I treated people when I served and hosted. Instead, I felt like we were in the wrong for being disappointed that we travelled so long just to come to a place that doesn’t have what we want even though it’s a huge part of their restaurant.

What an INCREDIBLE place for happy hour! Located within walking distance from the seabus, this lovely establishment went above and beyond to ensure my experience with them was top-notch. My server Veronica was friendly and attentive, as well as the host/manager who took extra measures to ensure all my needs were met (my friends say Vadim goes above and beyond and deserves a shoutout too!). I loved that the oysters were all meaty kuushis packed with fresh flavour. Word of warning to those sensitive to spice: there is a little spicy kick to the cocktail sauce, so be careful when dipping your prawn cocktail! Super tasty, though, to those who don't mind a flavourful kick to the palate.

Bread pudding I had to send back even though it was recommended as the best. First time trying this dish as a dessert (closest thing Ive had before this was yorkshire pudding as an entree accomaniment) and I originally wanted the tiramisu, but the hostess mentioned either the chocolate cake/bread pudding stood out more for her personally. While I loved the non-featured items of the plate like fresh fruit, salted caramel, and vanilla ice cream with the graham cracker crumb bottom, perhaps I'm simply not a fan of "bread pudding" itself so the feature completely turned me off, and that's not the establishment's fault. Reasons: weird consistency (half cooked/half doughy bread, kinda dry even with salted caramel drizzled on top, mine felt stale but i could be wrong since I have nothing to compare it to) with conflicting infused flavours. This one had raisins/nuts, and the profile wasn't harmonious with everything going on the plate.

One of the best fine dining establishments in North Vancouver, my waitress today was Emily she was brilliant, service always comes with a smile! And the food is nothing short of delicious, today I had the steak frites cooked to a perfect medium rare, and the mushroom flatbread both dishes were rich with flavour & fresh ingredients, the steak melts in your mouth! 10/10

Seaside provisions is a fantastic spot for food lovers. With a warm, cozy atmosphere, it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal .They served fresh veggies as appetizer, our dinner, the catch of the day, fish and vegetables, was super tasty, and the desserts were a great way to finish the meal. It’s a go-to place for a delicious and satisfying meal. I was thrilled to celebrate my birthday at Seaside provisions. Head Chef Donya was incredibly kind and prepared something special just for me.
