Every time I come here, the food, the service, and the atmosphere is fantastic.

I recommend the Schnitzel or Pot Roast for dinner. Sandwiches are great for anytime if you aren’t that hungry.

Casual home style restaurant every time over the past 15 years.

I don’t come here often but when I need some nostalgia and casual conversations with close friends catching up this is the place to recommend.

Don’t come here expecting a fancy pretentious restaurant experience; the name of the place is called Home Restaurant for a reason 🥰.

Great customer service and delicious food! Absolutely recommended!
Suggestion to the owner, the small section which is located behind the reception area, doesn't have the same comfort of the rest of the restaurant, it's so close and high staff traffic, doesn't give the best experience sitting there.

I visited the Home Restaurant in Hope many times before, it’s always been a destination tour from BC’s interior and for good reason. This location in Maple Ridge carries on in the same tradition with solid entrees, pies and service. I had the schnitzel with mushrooms and mashed potatoes, with red cabbage. It was really great, the schnitzel was crispy yet full of flavour, the mushroom gravy went great with the mashed potatoes and red cabbage added a nice touch of colour. I had bumbleberry pie for the first time, and it stands up as do their other pies which I’ve sampled in the past.

Got recommended told about the pie and solid serving size of the plates. I had the Bacon Cheeder Burger with the home sauce. Juicey crisp bacon awesome pickles. The home sauce was great and it had nice fresh lettuce. I got the tots and my eyes 👀 filled with joy from the amount of tots. My friend got the meatloaf excellent.

The only thing that saved this meal was the friendly server and the two sausages that were actually cooked properly. Food showed up with no meat, eggs were rubber, hashbrowns were half burnt, bacon cooked well done, ham was overcooked and rubbery also. Bread was absolutely soaked in butter.

Home restaurant was a great find while I was in Maple Ridge. What a great comfort food restaurant. I enjoyed the homestyle food and fresh ingredients. I even enjoyed a slice of their promoted home made pies that are on display as I entered. Recommended

Had breakfast at Home Restaurant and it was exactly what I needed. Big portions, cozy vibe, and super friendly staff. I had the Rocky Mountain Bowl—loaded with everything—and it hit the spot. Also grabbed a slice of their lemon meringue pie... no regrets. It’s a solid spot if you’re into classic comfort food and a chill atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!! ⭐️⭐️♥️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Classic comfort food diner, large portions and friendly staff.
We come here often for breakfast (today also) and are never disappointed with the consistency of the delicious meals. The coffee is great!
This kind of HOME restaurant is hard to find these days, highly recommend.
