Just thrilled with our experience at this salon. The aestheticians were lovely and did a beautiful job on our pedis. The manager also made good on a problem we had with the Coquitlam location which was above and beyond! Thank you!!

I got keratin smoothing by Isabelle yesterday and I am so impressed! I’ve had this service done before by other stylists and Isabelle EXCELS in it! She is fast, knowledgeable and so sweet. I haven’t brushed my hair since she did it at the service yesterday and today when I did a quick brush and threw it in a ponytail for the gym i have no flyaways usually they are all around my face, I love this service and will be back to see Isabelle! Thank you so much!

I think the photo speaks for itself 😩😳this was the second redo as the first was even worse.Yes worse. Very lovely friendly accommodating and no hassle when I shared my disappointment with the first shellac manicure. Very disappointed

My stylist Ashley is phenomenal. Her skills of patiently listening and reflecting back my desires around style and colour are rare. In a world which is so fast-paced, Ashley takes the time to ensure I am valued and I always walk away feeling empowered and really relaxed and happy! She is rare and precious! I also want to acknowledge the amazing team at the Pitt Meadows location, who are diligent with making me feel special right from the moment I step into the store. This is a great place to visit if you are looking for hair care products. Thanks Ashley and Team! You are amazing!

The facial that I got yesterday didn't meet my expectations. I told her that I want deep pore cleansing, when I got home, I noticed that I still lots of blackheads around my nose and forehead. It's disappointing when I don't see the results I was hoping for, especially when i have had a good experience in the past in the sane salon with different staff with only one facial. The staff (Indian lady) who did my facial this time might not have been as skilled or knowledgeable.

I have had several good manicures and a spa day but I had a manicure booked for July 24. Was called that that person and left and could I come on the 25. That would work for me but today I discovered. my appt was for a pedicure so I cancelled and wont be returning. Seems the staff changes a lot.

A couple of day's ago I had my first manicure and pedicure in a very long time! It was great and I couldn't be more pleased! I wish I can remember the name of the girl who took care of me because she was awesome! Looking forward to my next visit soon!

My daughter went for a facial wax , there were some hair left on the cheek bone area so we had to go back it to be removed . I thought I’ll have to fight for compensation for the fuel and time we wasted on the return trip but the team especially the receptionist were extremely helpful .
Got the remaining hair waxed , and they gave me credit for next time as well .
I now regret that I was a bit aggressive as I was expecting a push back , pleasant experience overall today
