While the atmosphere and staff are lovely and welcoming, my last two experiences at this spa have not been the best. I always come to get my Brazilian wax done but the last couple times I’ve been, there has been a lot left over that I’ve had to deal with myself once I’ve gotten home. I come to get all my hair removed, for over 60 dollars I shouldn’t have to go home and shave even though my hair is very thin and light. I also usually get asked if I want my backside done and these last few times I was not. I might be looking in to going elsewhere for next time

I have been coming to Sour Apple for 10+. Years The staff has always been wonderful and skilled. Just arriving you can relax you feel like you are at your favourite spa. The owner is always friendly here and happy. Hands on.

I had a Lip Blush treatment with Irina and I was truly happy with the results!
The whole experience was professional, gentle, and in a very comfortable atmosphere.
The color turned out soft and natural — exactly what I was looking for.
Irina is attentive, delicate, and truly a master of her craft.

Irina did my permanent eyeliner and lip blushing and did a fabulous job. She is through, exacting and not happy until it's perfect. Very happy with her work and delightful Ukrainian accent! Her eyebrow shaping is perfection! I never knew my brows could look so good. Highly recommend.

Update:
Reached out a week ago after the reply to the review via their website contact section, the same way I reached out last year, and no response. Maybe there's a small error on the site

Came here to get my wedding nails done last year and unfortunately didn't have a good experience. Everyone was nice, but super rushed and must not have taken the time to make them last. The flowers done ended up bubbling and partially chipping off the next day. The nail extensions added were uneven and snagged on my clothes, and underneath there was a ton of excess glue or something that I had to pick out. Then 4 days later 2 of the nails broke off. I contacted through the site seeing if I could get them redone before going on my honeymoon, but no response. Unfortunate experience because I had a few recommendations to come here.
