I first saw Alex, Miriam, and Jenn after injuring my back during a fitness fundraiser event, and I’m so glad I did. Not only do they each provide exceptional, individualized care, but their genuine compassion and commitment to giving back to the community really stood out. It’s rare to find practitioners who are both highly skilled and deeply invested in the wellbeing of those around them. Their care and approach have made them my go-to team for RMT treatment.

Me and my partner have only been to movera once last year and we've been yearning for treatments from Alex and Miriam. Living far away from the best RMTs you know is never ideal.

Their attention to detail is what im here for: Each and every tight knot ironed out by their perfect pressure; Each joint stretched out in multiple angles to give you the best mobility; Extensive exercise knowledge to reinforce the strong muscles and joints.

Did i mention they have fun, goofy and relatable personalities too its always fun to have a conversation with them, leaving a big smile to my face whenever i have a treatment with them.

Alex and Miriam have built such an amazing space. 100% worth making the commute over from PoCo. I have seen multiple RMTs and Physio and can’t believe I waited this long to book in with Alex Westby. Not only were we able to do some muscle work massage - but also spend some time on my weight training forms and stretching. Alex has great bedside manners, personable, professional and knowledgeable. These people care! They are invested in providing a top quality service that will benefit and educate the client. Alex helped me with my targeted concerns and provide great feedback/advice on preventive maintenance and controlled body movements/exercises that I had voiced to previous physios and got no where. I felt like I was in great hands and this clinic is exactly what I needed in my life. This is my move (my body) era and I am happy that Movera will be part of it.

For those looking for an awesome RMT, look no further! I've had the pleasure of being one of Miriam's patients at a clinic she previously worked at in Vancouver. Although our time together was short, I'm grateful to have met such a wonderful person and professional. She took the time to listen to my story; my struggles and goals. Her holistic approach, wealth of knowledge, down to earth and welcoming nature made every visit exceptional. Miriam is both experienced and knowledgeable in her field.
