I’ve been coming here on and off the last few years but my last visit was unfortunately not great. The nail tech got the shape and color just as I wanted but the whole thing felt rushed as they were trying to fit in many people, my initial appointment was pushed back half an hour because I called to confirm. That is something they should be doing in the first place imo. On top of that my cuticles were not taken care of but rather butchered and caused some bleeding in the same area, the thickness and shape were totally off on my right hand compared to the left that was done better, nail polish went past the nail and is chipping off poorly, as well as many bubbles in the acrylic itself.

This was my first time in about a year going to get my nails done professionally after doing them myself, and I’ve got to say I’ve done cleaner jobs as an amateur with my own products.

Just overall a bit unprofessional and to pay $70 plus tip for this is ridiculous. I maybe give them another chance but for now I will be avoiding.

Pathetic service. The staff was so displeased for the service we took and was so busy in talking that they even did not exactly knew what they wanna do. They didn’t complete our manicure, just put the nail gel on and when we asked they replied rudely that this is what you asked for. They said you have to pay 20$ extra just to dip our hands in warm water. And when I paid 140$, they asked for the tip. As i was not happy, I didn’t gave any and then they started making fun of me in their own language. Never wanna go back there and strongly recommend not to take any service.

Really disappointing service. I called yesterday to make an appointment for the earliest appointment available at 10am as I’m leaving for vacation. That was fine and the lady said we have 9am if you want to come earlier as I was doing a full set and shellac pedicure, so I said for sure which I thought was odd considering they open at 10am. They even called later to verify my appointment and told me to go to the side door as the mall door is not open at 9am.

Needless to say I’ve been standing out in the cold now for over 30 minutes and nobody is even here or answering the phone. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with appointments. The other time I booked in an appointment a week in advance for my friend and I for a full set and we show up and they tell us it would be an hour wait with a booked appointment! We went to Nailie which is a really nice boutique, cleaner and much better service save your time and go here! I will never be using Vienny nails again.

I' ve been going to this salon for 15 yrs and I go every two weeks. Beautiful nails every time! Nick is very talented at the art work, you show him what you want and I've never ben disappointed. I always get compliments on my nails. Highly recommend this salon!! All the staff here is wonderful!!

I booked an appointment here because they had a high rating. I said I wanted a gel manicure, French tips, with extensions & a flower detail on a couple nails. No problem they said.
When I arrived for my appointment I was told that I hadn't mentioned anything about getting fake nails and they couldn't do it. You know what, fine, whatever. I had grown my nails out a bunch anyways.
I showed the manicurist my reference photo. A regular French manicure but with a flower hand drawn on 2 nails per hand. If she had said she couldn't do it, I was prepared to accept that. Perhaps figure out a different option, but she said okay. Once the French tips were finished she drew a "flower" on my finger with the French tip polish and filled it in with hot pink..... a 6 year old could have drawn it better. I made her wipe it off. Extremely disappointed she didn't tell me she was unable from the start.
As for the job itself? Pretty bad. The manicurist free handed one extension I needed for a broken nail. It was over 3mm thick, curled under into my finger and crooked. She left me a moment before curing it, and I began to feel it burning. Ive never had a gel manicure before so i was concerned. When I stated it was burning and hurt quite badly, she offered no reassurance. Mostly a blank stare and a smirk. I was confused as to why it looked so thick but figured she knew better than I. The rest of the manicure was average. French tips were not very even and the corners were sloppy.
The first time I put my hand under the light to cure, it felt very hot, like my nails were being burnt, I instinctively yelped and pulled back. The manicurist and her colleagues next to her laughed at me! I felt humiliated.
I will never go back here again, and I will tell my story to everyone I know so they are not subjected to the same treatment.

We recently moved into the area and was researching nail salons close by. After reading reviews and factoring distance and availability I called Vienny Nails and they were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday. I had a pedi (shellac) and full new acrylic set.
A few customers had to wait for the mid day rush of appointments but everyone was seated and ready within 10 mins.

I had Sam do my pedi and he was great and not too heavy with the skin filer (cheese grater lol). I chose shellac because I have no patience waiting for polish to dry.

I moved over to Ryan for my new set of nails and he was great! Perfectly filed and very meticulous with the polish application. I have had my nails done for over 30 years and was really happy with my first visit. The chrome was a bit pricier than I’m used to (+$15) which is usually $10 but I love them and I will definitely be back.

I am getting married this weekend - I booked in for a manicure and pedicure over a month ago. When I got there, they said I only booked in for shellac but I could have sworn I booked in for a full gel set. Unfortunately, I feel really sad about my nails and can’t find any other salon in the area to get a full set before I leave tomorrow to the venue as they are all booked. I wouldn’t recommend going here 🙁 It felt rushed and unenjoyable and the finished result speaks for itself. The guy who did my pedicure, however, was great!!

Vienny nails is an amazing choice for all your aesthetic needs. I came in for a brand new set of acrylic nails, and Dave took care of me. I showed him a picture of what I wanted, and when we were done, my nails looked exactly like the picture. I was so impressed. I gave Dave a very BIG thank you. I will definitely go back to have my nails filled by Vienny nails and I highly recommend their services.
