I used to go for walks at Barnet Marine Park frequently, and I also often visited Rocky Point Park and Old Orchard Park, but I had no idea there was a place like this in between. While out for a walk and looking for a place to eat, I came across this restaurant and ended up having a meal here with my family.

I personally believe that a restaurant should, above all, serve good food. On top of that, I really appreciate friendly staff and clean restrooms. The staff here were very kind and welcoming, which made me feel good from the moment I walked in until I left. The restrooms were also well maintained, which was great.

We had the Fish and Chips, and while it can sometimes feel too greasy, this one wasn’t oily at all and was quite delicious. A man—who seemed like he might be recently retired—asked me how the fried fish was, saying he’d order it too if it tasted good. I don’t know how it is on other days, but for me, the fish was crispy and tasty. The fries were made from thick-cut whole potatoes, which made them enjoyable to eat as well.

I hope to visit again and try other dishes next time. It was a restaurant that all of my family enjoyed.

They give you a 2-hour parking ticket at the counter once you park, and I recommend placing it somewhere clearly visible on your car’s front windshield. We didn’t have a reservation, but luckily we were still able to dine in. Next time, I plan to make a reservation before going.

Food was incredible. Highly recommend the fish and chips here, also dog friendly patio was great. Only downside is that it was in the middle of a parking lot to a yacht club, view of cars and pavement even though it’s right near the water. Small place too a little claustrophobic even on the patio. Hidden gem for delicious fish and chips though

Amazing food. Good prices. Good patio. Good view. Good drink. Eveything was super good here. I enjoyed a lot. I ate regular fish and chips. One of the best in town. Also burgers are super tasty and jucy. Fries are crispy loved that. I got Caesar. Pickle choice should be better I couldn't eat that but taste of drink was overall super good. Service was good too. Also I loved to pay with qr code on the bill. We didn’t have to wait. So quick and easy. I will come back.

The first thing I noticed was the sign that said weekends paid parking. The parking is excruciatingly expensive. If you pay via the app it's even more expensive. If you pay at the physical stall it is $5/hour but with fees and tax is it $6.51/hour.

I came here with high expectation especially from the number of recommendation. I was quite disappointed. It is good fish and chips but many other places make it just as good. The fries were mediocre. The soup was not good. It was so watery. For $17, that chowder is not worth it.

The service was minimal. It was a hot day and they only came once to top up with water. Waitress did not seem particularly fond of her job.

I’m pleasantly surprised that one of my best dining experiences happened right here in town! I visited Float 30 for the first time tonight after 6 PM. Even without a reservation, the staff quickly found a table for my family. The wait time for drinks and food was reasonable, and our server checked in frequently to ensure we had everything we needed.

The food was absolutely outstanding. I had the best fish and chips, clam chowder, and lava cake I’ve ever eaten. The seafood was incredibly fresh—even my 8-year-old son couldn’t get enough of the mussels and clams!

Considering the location, the quality and freshness of the food, and the excellent service, this restaurant offers exceptional value. I will definitely be coming back this summer!

My wife and I had an amazing experience. The food was excellent. Service was great. We quickly got a table for two. For a seafood restaurant, the hamburger was beyond my expectations. My wife's shrimp pasta was simply delicious. The food came fast. Plus, fries are ILIMITED and very tasty, aren't crispy, but still pretty tasty. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Great little spot. The food is fresh. I had the fish and chips but I substituted the fries to the seafood chowder. The burger came with endless fries so we had a plate for the table. Best of both worlds. Will definitely be back again.

Nice, homey cafe at Reed Point Marina. Had halibut and chips. The fish itself was not memorable, but the tempura batter and fries were very good. Next time I would try the ling cod.Enjoyed the seafood chowder as well. The server was excellent, very knowledgeable and did a great job.
