While Sleepless in North Dakota because I’d moved to one of many communities that allow fireworks to be set off day and night for days at a time, I escaped to this lovely Inn. I was greeted with sincere, loving hospitality and given a choice between two rooms with different bed firmness—how kind! Everything about my stay was perfect, use of their kitchen facilities when they were present (normal daytime hours), refrig, microwave and coffee/tea also in my room, comfy bedding etc. As a remodeled and retired engineer, I was extremely impressed with every single detail in my room! Soooo Canadian! Each day I was given a discounted breakfast coupon at the gorgeous Killarney Lakeside Golf Course! Again, sincere, loving hospitality and delicious, perfect breakfast! The first day I was too early but a local man arriving to play golf, retrieved a cup of coffee and wiped off a seat on the patio for me to enjoy the lovely views of the lake and golf course. The International Peace Gardens nearby were at their summer peak and gorgeous—quiet. The chapel was very inspiring with numerous quotations on the walls. Three days and nights—refreshed! O Canada, thank you all!

This quaint hotel is definitely worth staying at. The mattress was amazing. The room was extremely clean, including the carpet. Coldest fridge I've ever used in a hotel. There is an ice machine and even a large freezer for guests to use. Staff was very friendly.
The only 2 things that were not enjoyable were the heavy use of fabric softener on the linens and how loud the bathroom fan was.

There is Noone who works at the front desk, it is usually closed how do you run a hotel like that? Breakfast is advertised currently on the website, hasn't been one for years. Small kitchenette with coffee maker and microwave, no dishes, cutlery or anything like that, just a couple paper cups & two coffee filters (poor quality), one real coffee the other decaffeinated. ||My parents needed a handicap bathroom, ours was the handicap one. Staff said they would change sheets and towels (second day), nope never did, I guess someone has to actually work there for this to happen. So we stripped the beds & changed the sheets around & reused our own towels!||The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the bathrooms were nice and clean but no sinks in them, you had the shave and wash hands in the kitchen sink.||All I can say is Noone should stay there.

There are no amenities. There is no continental breakfast. Staff is only on sight from 12 pm until 5 pm. The rooms, however, are clean and tidy. The bed was quite comfortable. It's not the Ritz, but if you are simply looking for a clean and comfortable place to spend the night, this will definitely do.

The rooms are pleasant enough. I was given a room that is designed for someone in a wheelchair (roll-in shower) which is fine, but the bed was so high up that I had a hard time getting in to it.
Two small comments: one was that there was a comforter on the bed with no lighter alternatives in the room and it was over 32 degrees outside, and the other was that once the business hours were done, I felt a little like a prisoner! There is no way to get to the lobby as they lock it all up, as well as the exterior doors are all locked up. You can get out but it’s difficult to get back in. I would assume that at this point there are no longer any staff people in the hotel.
And most importantly, no way to get regular coffee when you realize that your room only has decaf!!
Keypad access of some sort would be a good improvement.

Perfect place to stay! If you’re visiting Killarney, Manitoba I highly recommended this hotel! Nice staff, clean rooms, beautiful atmosphere. The lobby is a very relaxing spot to have some forbidden flavors coffee roasted right in Manitoba!

So far just as the Boissevain location, this hotel has great modern comfy clean rooms. Service is warm and welcoming same hunting lodge kinda of lobby, breakfast is available at the golf course. Don't think it will be at 530 when we go to work but hey. Less amenities seemingly but in all fairness jist pulled in and havent explored yet, will update on that. Will say this if your thinking about staying in Ninette because of the lake and staying at it's ONLY hotel in that town DON'T!!! Bring a camper or tent lots of that there and if thats not your style come stay with these guys. The half hour drive to the lake will be worth it. Your experience with the showers at Canadian Wilderness Inn will be clean and spacious shower and not be showers with black mold that seem to belong in a prison maybe like 2 ft by ft box. Both Canadian in locations are wicked and hope they make more! Garden my stuff in the pics I just got in
