This place is a joke. There is a reason why it's so cheap. I went there and the moment I lie down the esthician tells you she is going to do a facial.that is double the cost of the one i booked if that's okay.... I'm like no, I want.what I booked. Then during the hrydofacial she starts using the pen on my eyelid! Not eyebrow, not under my eye , but eyelid, and it shoots water into my eye.

I learnt my lesson. Pay the extra money amd go somewhere else

1. Yes, I did go for the $99 hydrofacial approximately 8 months ago
2. The OWNER did my facial 8 months ago
3. I booked the exact same facial, which I informed the owner I had previously done, not being told of the change in service at their spa prior, until I refused their more expensive facial upsell
4. I DID NOT book a $164 facial. I was beng upsold by her esthician while she started my facial, telling me she's changing my facial FROM the one I booked becuase she thought it would be better for my skin....

There you have it folks. YOU DECIDE.

I regularly go for facials and spa services. I would recommend Skinholic in Surrey or Chi Spa in downtown. For dermabrasion and mcroneedling go with Dermatone in New West

This is my second time going to Kenza Day spa and the second time that Diana has done my facial. I love her both times, it’s like she has hands of an angel. She just knows what your skin needs. She gave me the antiaging facial and oh my goodness I look five years younger! Amazing no Botox for me! Thank you, Diana I will be back.

I just had a very great experience with kenza spa today , they are so nice, friendly and very knowledgeable people. it’s my second time here and every time I’ve been there I feel so happy with the results , my face is so clean and glowing . The lady who did my signature facial was as so nice and she knows what she is doing, she’s so professional and has like an angel hands . Thank you kenza spa.

I popped in hoping for a quick eyebrow wax and she was able to help! I didn't get her name but she was lovely, and did an amazing job! The spa is beautiful, serene, incredibly clean and totally relaxing. I'll be coming back here for sure! ❤️

Had a wonderful experience here! My prior eyebrow threading/waxes left my eyebrows looking absolutely terrible. I came here based on reviews. The owner was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable in fixing my eyebrows. She took the time to explain how she will correct my brows and the process. She also was very flexible with booking and let me know she can fit me in on short notice when needed. I know little about skin care but want to know more. The owner is very knowledgable. She even provided me with samples instead of pushing expensive full size products on me like other salons I have been to. Overall highly recommend coming here. Lovely and friendly staff who have the experience and knowledge as well!
