I don't think I've ever had such a good experience. It was so amazing and relaxed! I highly recommend Myrah she is amazing! She understood my pain points, and her technique to release my knots was top-notch! great consistent pressure, attentive, friendly, and had very clear communication and instructions. She was very clear on what is our plan of action in treatment, what to do and what to expect, gave me home exercises and recommendations, and I felt very confident in her Therapy. Thanks again Myrah

This place is bad. Katie - Technician for Laser does not know what she is doing.
Playing with people s skin. She is not trained and zero knowledge.
I went there on July 29th for Laser hair removal for Beard lining and she did not know how to use the machine.
Left a big mark on my face. Worse treatment ever

I love going here, but for the first time ever this morning I had to cancel my appointment because I am sick and the front desk person was so incredibly rude.

She talked over me, she called me a liar saying “well anyone can say that” then yelled at me about policies, and then kept trying to hang up on me.

Out of respect and courtesy to all the people who work there I choose to not go in while being sick. But got totally disrespected for it. She even said well the Dr. will choose if they want to see you again or not? All this because I woke up early at 8:35am to call in and cancel an appointment, to ensure I don’t spread cold and flu.

I’ve recommended this place to so many people but, I definitely won’t now because it was unnecessarily disrespectful and I don’t want my Family or Friends to have to deal with that level of unprofessional service.

Whomever I had spoken to doesn’t care about client retention at all.
