If zero stars was an option, I would pick it. My daughter comes home crying every, single, day, due to her coach. I will not drop names due to privacy, but she is an older woman with a disgusting attitude. She pushes the children to do impossible things. My daughter recently just got a new skill, and her coach is already making her add things to it, when she is still barely able to do the skill on her own. My daughter actually fractured her finger once, and her coach (the same older woman) did not offer her ice, or something to help with the pain. She was forced (yes, forced) to do her routines with her fractured finger, and she ended up fracturing it even more. Instead of this coach encouraging my daughter to do her skills that she is afraid to do, she just says "Do it", and does not offer support, leaving my daughter very depressed and anxious about going to gymnastics. Even though the coaching is not ideal, I rated 2 stars because of the atmosphere.

We love Delta Gymnastics! Our son has been enrolled in various classes over the last 3 years or so, and the instructors are friendly, patient and helpful. The facility is clean, spacious and features diverse gymnastics equipment and stations. The office staff are great and go above and beyond to assist. High demand for classes so you need to be on top of registration, which is a streamline process. Membership fees involved as well. Would highly recommend DGS!

My daughter was at her class a few days ago. She was doing conditioning and apparently Someone threw something at her? It caused her to get a bloody and broken nose. Very unsafe place. Probably foot fungus everywhere. Will be taking her out of class. One star.

Looks like a great set up, very busy with equipment but well layed out.
Great instructors, small enough groups to get one on one adjustments while still working on your own improvement in a group setting.
The mezzanine is tiny for all the eager parents to watch the kids could easily handle double the size. But definitely worth a stop by or drop in to check out.

Wish I could give negative five star , the facility is a cheat . I enrolled my kid and after first class she wanted to opt out . I was shocked to learn there is no such reimbursement and literally looted 386 CAD with 0 refund.
Worst and most pathetic experience I ever had in Canada in terms of customer experience. The coach in the first also showed zero interest to improve posture or involve with kids.
Stay away from this institute or enquire about refund before hand for your best interest or get looted / cheated #thuglife

The worst people you can ever deal with, they are only for the money, they waste your kids time in drawing activities, which make no sense since you are sending them to train for gymanstics.
The main issue is they will not stop the money withdrawal of your account even when you leave the country, contrary what they sign with you on the contract. And their excuse is it is up to them whether to accept your withdrawal or not.
The worst people you can deal with!!
We withdrew on October and now it's Feb and they are still taking money from our account.

My daughter suffered mental abuse at the hands of the head coach. Despite trying to work through the issues, we were met with hostility by both the head coach and admin and told to leave. Then, the head coach and others, proceeded to talk negatively about my daughter to parents of athletes from other gyms, bad mouth her to past teammates and even went so far as to bad-mouth her at GBC sanctioned events (including Westerns) to the person that was her new coach. Through all of it we were made to feel our daughter was the problem except for one little issue: she has FASD and has officially been declared disabled.
Not only was some of the coaching staff unprofessional, cold and heartless, they sent a child with a disability down a dangerous self-harming rabbit hole.
The only reason there are 2 stars instead of 1 is that there WERE coaches that tried but because of the dictatorship-style management of the head coach, they were unable to do much more than offer kind words.
