We used Pork Mafia for our wedding last week and it was AMAZING! The portions were huge and everything tasted so delicious. We had so many comments from our guests that it was the best wedding food they've ever had. We had the brisket, chicken, mac and cheese, potato salad and green beans. They were great and made sure to accommodate our dietary restrictions also which we appreciated. Thank you so much for making sure our guests were well fed!

Jamie and staff prepared an excellent and unique meal at our recent wedding! We have a remote property and they offered a high level of cooperation placing the truck and trailer where it best suited us. The entire team conducted themselves professionally and displayed a high level of friendly interactions with our guests. (Sorry I accidentally wrote this a few days ago from a work account so I'm deleting and reposting!) I ordered some BBQ one evening several years ago now from Jamie - he was set up in East Delta farmland, it was dark and pouring rain out, and I'm sure he wanted to be home, but he still greeted me with a smile and an extra big helping of brisket. Some of the best BBQ I've had in a long time and I look forward to ordering again the next time I'm in Ladner.

We hired Pork Mafia catering two years in a row for our annual BBQ employee appreciation lunch. The food is absolutely delicious and the service/delivery process is very seamless. The brisket and smoked chicken are 10/10 and the beans and mac n cheese is to die for. Highly recommend

We hired Pork Mafia to cater our wedding this past summer and it was easily one of the best decisions that we made. Jamie and his team were incredible to work with, the servers were so polite and happy to be there and the food was some of the best food I have ever tasted. As the bride I had so so many guests walk up to me and tell me that it was the best wedding food they have ever had, and the smoked mac and cheese is still talked about to this day. We ordered the chicken, brisket, smoked mac and cheese, garlic bacon green beans, and the caesar salad and all of it went above and beyond our expectations. We also ordered an assortment of the pies that he offers for a dessert option and they were all incredible as well.
I cannot recommend Jamie from Pork Mafia enough if you are looking for a caterer for your wedding or any other event.

I recently had my 50th birthday, my wife asked me how I wanted to celebrate it, I was having a hard time deciding what I wanted to do, I finally decided to have friends and family over, as I usually am the cook for these types of gatherings I did want to do that this time and I didn’t want to ask anyone else to cook either as I wanted to enjoy spending time with everybody and not have anyone stuck at the grill or the smoker. So I decided I did want BBQ, originally I wanted to do a whole pig, but we decided to go with a couple platters, a Mac’n cheese and cornbread. I had read the reviews, but nothing could’ve prepared myself or my guests for what we were in for!
Everything was amazing, from the beginning, my wife organized it with porkmafia, from the first interaction to picking up the food and returning the equipment, my wife said they answered all the questions in a timely fashion, she mentioned what we were looking for and the amount of people we were wanting to feed and they were able to answer all the the questions we had, they were very accommodating.
Now for the day my wife picked up the food and brought it home, we knew what we had ordered, but we weren’t sure what to expect.

When it was time to eat and all the dishes were opened, we were in awe of just the presentation, and the taste of everything, the ribs, the sausages, the pulled pork, the brisket, the Mac’n cheese and the cornbread were nothing short of amazing, the bbq sauce that was provided was full of flavour.
Everybody was super impressed with the food, even had a vegetarian try a little.

I would highly recommend porkmafia for your next catered event if you want to serve BBQ!

Thank you Porkmafia for making my 50TH birthday as memorable as it was, we are going to be taking about your food for many years to come, we will definitely be back for more!

I drive by this place at least once a week and always curious of how they taste. I drove by again today and there was already a line up. I decided to tried their "Loaded Mac" and oh boy, it was the best Mac and Cheese I had in my life! The smoky flavor of the pork is so incredible, that it took little effort to convince me that they smoke the pork for 18 hours.
And for the quality, the price is very reasonable. I will be recommending Porkmafia to my friends.

Have heard rave reviews and recommendations for awhile now. Since they were a 5min.drive away in N.Delta it was perfect time to sample.
So glad we did as the Brisket Sandwich Meal w/coleslaw, smoked mac n cheese, crunchy sweet pickles and a pop ($17) delivered in every way. Jamie offers lean or fatty, and as fat is flavour, we opted for a blend of both. It was tender, tasty and smokey. No skimping either. The sides equally delicious.
Highly recommend and earned our following for bque "fixes" in the future.
