If you’re planning take a shower be prepared to wait for awhile. And I mean it. Since they have only 2 showers except At least 1:30h for a spot.

The biggest problem for me was the shower be outside where the area is infested with RATS. They are all over and you must be careful to not have one snicking in when opening the door. It has a trash container where they have a feast and the black bin next to the door. It’s scary and disgusting.

I’m very negatively surprised with the conditions of Flying J/ Pilot in BC. They have no standards and must step up with their game.

The bathroom was disgusting, no toilet paper, all the staff were in the back laughing and ignoring the customers. there was 2 people in line waiting for service. No iced coffee, very dirty location, the staff did not care to clean or help.

Night staff are very respectful, but the ownership must fix phone line + fax line + email printer = None of them work ! Couldn’t print ACE manifest to cross border, all other truck stops and duty free were closed.

Today I was very disappointed, I came in there for shower. when I came already 2 people in the waiting list (me on third one). I ask them 'how long waiting time..' They said.. around 30-45 minute. I'm waiting in my car then after one hours they didn't call me.. I'm back in the store... i saw still 2 people in the waiting list like before.. nothing happend. I tried to waiting another 1 hour then back again.. but still 2 people in waiting list.. what the hell, almost 2 hours waiting list still same ? Finally I canceled my order for shower.. I said to my self .. I never come in that 'Flying Vancouver' seriously.. not not recomended.

Worst place ever, shower is miserable, and the staff didn't even care about informing me about the shower was ready after almost 2 hours of waiting
Forget about parking here just bobtail, but if you have the trailer with you, you better go find another place

Found it very difficult to have a shower here after 10pm. (Issues with staff not wanting to clean the bathrooms) Had adequate showers here twice before. Water has hot and staff was friendly. Washrooms were clean. Was told by staff at front counter 3rd time there would be a long wait, to which I replied that was fine, and I could wait. They then said that they had just changed their policy to only allow the truckers outside to use their showers! Isn't the shower service supposed to be available to all travelers and not just the truck drivers?

Staff is very nice. Store is nice and clean. But limited parking. Only space for bobtail. Other thing is just 2 shower only. Go inside write down ur name and phone no. They ll call u once shower is free..

Pretty sure there is a credit card skimmer on pump 6, the plate is literally held on with nails.
