Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans ce gîte. Notre chambre était très grande et nous avions une jolie terrasse. Les couchers de soleil depuis la terrasse sont de toute beauté. Les propriétaires sont aimables et nous conseillent sur les endroits à visiter et aussi sur les restaurants. Le matin au petit déjeuner il y a les œufs et les toasts comme partout sur terre neuve, mais ici les confitures sont délicieuses et faites maison. Le soir en rentrant on peut se préparer de la tisane et manger du cake à la banane très bon !

We stayed many great places in Newfoundland, but Shoreline was the best of all. Herman and Tassie are such great hosts and made us feel like best friends immediately. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing!||It is a short drive to Twillingate and Fogo Island, but there are a couple of good nearby restaurants if you don't feel like the drive. ||We hope to visit again. and Thank Herman and Tassie for a wonderful, too short! time.

We wondered what we would find down the long road into the property but the day was fine and clear and we wandered about in the yard until Tassie noticed us and came over. We had such lovely weather on our trip and were happy to be out of the car for a bit! Tassie was "without" Herman for our visits as he was off doing a course, so we did not meet him at all; we had a wonderful time in the little sitting room above the main floor and our rooms were comfortable and perfectly coordinated in the decorating style, different in each. The breakfast was terrific both days and amazingly, we got to have Tassie's own preserves on our toast. Awesome. It was a terrific stay, each time, and we met nice people there as well. Everything was comfortable and homey and the most perfectly clean home ever! Thanks Tassie!

We spent just two nights at the Shoreline in early October. Herman and Tessie were great hosts, friendly and quick to make us feel welcome. ||||The rooms were both spacious and cozy, and as we were the only guests we had the 2nd floor to ourselves. Tessie served a great breakfast, and Herman was always ready with a story. What I appreciated most was that when we were late returning, Herman took the time to call us to make sure we were okay and not lost or stranded somewhere. ||||The only caution is that when you are visiting 'off' season, the nearest restaurant closes at 7pm. So eat early or be prepared for a drive to Lewisport or Twillingate.

This is a great B & B. Rooms are lovely, modern and clean with enough space to move around comfortably. Bed was perfect and breakfast also good. Herman and Tassie are the perfect hosts and run their home very professionally. Herman went the extra mile for us - giving us something to remember forever. Can't thank him enough for that. We were close enough to Twillingate to be able to see the area and there is a good museum in Boyd's cove that was most interesting.

The room was very comfortable, Tassie and Herman really made us feel welcomed and at home. We would highly recommend their B & B. We would definitely go back. We shared a very enjoyable evening with them that will be remembered. Tassie even gave us a snack for our drive! Lovely couple!

An excellent B&B in a peaceful setting. Great stay for our kayaking adventures! The accomodations were lovely. The breakfasts were delicious! Homemade breads, jams and other treats! The hosts, Tassie and Herman were very friendly and helpful with providing us with information about the area.
