What a delightful treat in Trenton! I’ve lived here for almost 7 years and this was my first time at “it’s your body.” Boy, do I wish I had discovered this customer & community oriented spa sooner! The pedicure and facial were relaxing and expertly done with products were lovely and not overpowering. And the conversation was pleasant and thoughtful. I felt pampered and well cared for.

I’ll definitely be back to experience the other services they have to offer!

5 Star review for this place. Angie is a complete professional at what she does, friendly and easy to get along with and puts up with man babies like me during piercing's, lol. This place is super clean, feels very comfortable to in and the prices are very fair. Will return and recommend

Had an excellent experience here today! My husband booked me in for an indulgent pedicure and hot stone massage. Angie and Desiree were completely lovely from beginning to end, and both were incredibly friendly and affable during my services. I would absolutely recommend It's Your Body Day Spa to anyone looking for a little pampering and relaxation.

This is an excellent family owned/run spa. I had a lovely Gel Polish application. My nails were shaped perfectly and the conversation was natural and genuine. We had lots of laughs and I felt truly appreciated when I left. I will definitely be using their services from now on!

This is THE BEST Spa in all of Eastern Ontario! The staff and the owner are very nice, knowledgeable, up to date on the latest trends and always accommodating. I can't say enough good things about them.

Got my belly button ring done here in sept 2019, and I love it still, it healed up very nicely and with no issues at all. The staff were friendly and the place was extremely clean.

I took my girls to get their navels pierced and one of their nose piercings fixed, the woman who did it was awesome, very professional explained everything beforehand and was able to fix my daughter's nose piercing successfully. While I was about to pay, she passed out, and the ladies at the day spa were just amazing, they definitely have dealt with that before lol. They had a glass of cold water, a chocolate, a Werther's, and the woman who did the piercing had a cold cloth to my daughter's head while she threw up in the provided Pail. When both cab company's were going to be a half hour, her daughter who also works there gave us a drive home.
10/10 all across the board, very clean, beautiful interior, super friendly, and just all around great experience.
