We did the Romance Journey with the couples massage & hydrotherapy tour! The massages were fantastic and then afterwards we went into the private area with the sauna, hot tub, & cold plunge. Everything was very clean & quiet. The forested setting was very cool and relaxing. Definitely loved our experience here!

Beautiful property, had a great time doing the hydrotherapy with a friend, fantastic price point for two people to enjoy the sauna, hot tub and cold plunge for 90 minutes. Definitely will be coming back in the future.

This was my second time on Salt Spring Island (love it) and my first time at Solace and I had a really nice relaxing time here. It’s a hidden peaceful oasis within an oasis. I was there with a couple other friends for a relaxing afternoon where we enjoyed their Harmony Party where we had the hot tub, cold plunge pool, sauna, and a very comfortable lounge area for ourselves for two hours before we had our own massages. It was set outside amongst the woods and felt very private and in-touch with nature. My masseuse was Kindred and she was so nice, down-to-earth, and I really enjoyed my massage where she worked on every point that was needed. She has such a nice energy and I felt very comfortable and relaxed with her.
Everything at the spa was well organized and curated. It was a nice highlight to my visit to Salt Spring Island and I highly recommend it to anyone for a peaceful escape.

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting this beautiful spa for the second time, and my experience was nothing short of extraordinary. This was my first time trying the Hydrotherapy Wellness Journey, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The space is calming, healing, and so thoughtfully curated—it feels like a true sanctuary tucked away in the heart of Victoria.

My girlfriend Marla was glowing after her massage with Kindred, and I can’t say enough about my session with Sarah. It was hands down one of the best massage I’ve ever had—her intuitive touch, perfect pressure, and ability to find every knot without me saying a word left me speechless. Sarah is a gem, and Kindred’s presence alone made me feel safe, nurtured, and held. The entire wellness container they’ve created here is something truly special.

I also noticed some lovely updates since my last visit, but what stood out most was the energy. The love and care poured into this place is deeply felt and incredibly inspiring. I’ll absolutely be returning in September with another friend—and we’ll definitely be booking the Hydrotherapy experience again.
