This place is so accommodating! They go the extra mile to make your stay fun and enjoyable! They have games, and a beautiful sitting area outside where we enjoyed our breakfast. There is even a grill there, guessing for guest use! Nice room, very comfortable. Really nice sauna, huge hot tub and great pool! Would highly recommend!

The place was very quiet and clean. There was a few miss steps that was reported but not taken care of. The shampoo and body wash containers were empty. No big deal for me as I used the bar soap from the sink counter. It was a 3 night stay. But I told the ladies at front desk the next morning but did not refill. The breakfast was a good choice of breakfast favorites. Good job there.

Very nice newer hotel. Clean rooms and sitting areas to enjoy coffee. The breakfast was great .. bisquits and gravy, eggs, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, scones .. and more. Nice outside area with tables for grilling.

This was the most expensive hotel in Baudette at the time. I booked it hoping for a higher-end experience. The hotel location is slightly away from everything and very near busy train tracks with multiple crossings. Trains must use their horns when coming through. I knew this going in. The building is in fine repair and guest rooms are clean and suitable. ||The issue with my stay arose when I went down to breakfast in the morning. It certainly appeared that Staff or close friends of staff use the breakfast and lobby area to feed and entertain family. There were a couple of families with toddlers in the area. At first I thought a group traveling together, but then saw them behind the reception counter and in other employee areas. One child, referred to as "Brady" if I heard correctly, had the run of the place. He drove diners out with his whiny requests to mom (responding by voice only from the lobby) and slamming of many of the cabinet doors. Mom finally came in and tended to his requests. It had driven most diners out. I came back down 30+ minutes later to check out. Mom and Brady were still onsite. No other adult diners where in either the breakfast room or lobby. All the lobby furniture pillows were on the floor. I thought this might be a decent place for a short meeting, but opted to call my associate to meet at a nearby resort. Definitely child friendly, but not so much adult or business friendly.

I have been staying here weekly for the past 4 months and can not say anything negative about this hotel. The entire staff is very friendly, outgoing and professional. The hotel is very clean and modern.

We enjoy this facility as it is clean and secure all the time. ||Recharge boat batteries hook ups and ample parking for larger vehicles and boats.

First time staying at a AmericInn and I have to say, I will be looking for them going forward. This place was nice with plenty of plug-ins, good bed, nice showers and the pool and hot tub were very nice, and views were great and the staff was so nice.
