We purchased our Jacuzzi hot tub last year from Sun Valley Pools and Spa. The service has been absolutely excellent. Staff has been friendly and very helpful in setting up the hot tub. The installers did a remarkable job navigating a challenging spot to place the hot tub. When we needed extra assistance to address a small malfunction, they provided assistance and resolved the issue in a reasonable time frame. Overall the experience was excellent!

Sometimes even an old dog can learn new tricks...as a long time member of the Sun Valley Team, I feel pretty confident in my water knowledge and skills. I have been struggling with one of those (ahem) inferior type above ground pools. I am well aware the equipment doesn't provide adequate filtration but purchased as an easy option for our young grandson. I have been silently struggling with cloudy water as I could not confess to my team that no matter what I tried, I could not clear this up. I finally got frustrated enough to mention to Lorrie and John during water cooler conversation that I was ready to toss out this pool and admit defeat. I explained how no matter how many times I treat the water, circulate it, clean and change my filters, I have no success and felt I had failed in the water science department. Lorrie and John in unison, very exuberantly I might add...pointed at the Quick Drain we carry here in the store and told me it was the answer to my continuous problem. I took it home, started the process (my husband did :p) and low and behold, in five minutes I had all of the clumpy clouds gone and crystal clear water in it's place!!! So to make a long story a little bit shorter, if you have a big box store pool and are experiencing clumpy clouds you can't get rid of that just make your water cloudy...COME BUY A QUICK DRAIN and thank me later!!!! Thank you to my amazing peers at Sun Valley for showing me the way!!!!

Amazing customer service. Very friendly and helpful.
Last year, I tried to chemical my pool on my own, but it didn't turn out very well. This year, I brought my pool water in to have tested, and they guided me to what I needed.

This business is terrible. My daughter purchased a hot tub from them in 2022. From the very beginning there were problems with installation. They promised to come and didn’t come, etc. The display (topside) didn’t work well from the very beginning. Even when the hot tub was under warranty, their technician sometimes would spend hours trying to unlock it because it glitched. Finally, when the warranty expired in 2025, the topside completely stopped working. This time they charged my daughter $203 and didn’t fix anything. When she called them asking to come and finish the repairs, they refused to do it for free. They wanted to charge her even more and they didn’t have anybody available within the nearest weeks. When she asked for refund of her $203, that refused to accommodate her request. They never followed up. And by the way they responded to her review you can tell they didn’t bother to read her review, by commenting that she last communicated with them in June 2023. Terrible company which will lose its clients in the nearest future for treating their customers in such an awful way.

Friends had invited us over to try their hot tub which was is a Jacuzzi from Sun Valley. We were in need of replacing ours and went into the store and were helped by Sherry. We were very happy with the advice and assistance in helping us choose the right Spa and especially being made aware of the TrueWater System to help reduce chemicals. Once our Tub arrived the team were excellent in removing our old tub and installing the new one (which required a crane). All in all very happy and while it has been only a day, we look forward to using the Tub and the support that can be provided from Sun Valley!

I’m called high maintenance by some but when I walk in to the store I’m smell taken care of!! All my questions are answered and leave feeling good about what I didn’t know.
