Double check your receipt. What is on sale doesn’t always ring in at the till for the sale price! I’ve been overcharged lots of money at least 10x and won’t be going back now. Don’t list something on sale and then charge full price. This has been happening for way too long and you just lost a really good customer.

A nice neighborhood liquor store with friendly customer service. They have 5% discount program on Tuesdays for seniors. They also have membership lottery program for special benefits for customers. Price on products are very competitive. Easy access with decent parking space. There is a Marijuana store across the street for those who use both products. Please use these both responsibly keeping your self well-being as first priority.

Best wine and beer store in Nanaimo, friendly and happy staff. Drive out of my way for the selection and best prices. Beat the government stores everyday. Sunday's everyone saves extra, plus seniors save on Tuesdays. Why go anywhere else? I don't!!!!

The Well has the best management and staff. My husband loves specialty beers from Europe, Germany in particular. He has always been able to get what he wants by speaking with Diana, who manages the store. Ann, one the amazing staff on site, always goes out of her way to be helpful. Additionally, the added benefit of the senior discount program is a perk that we are delighted with.

Small but Mighty! This is definitely a full service liquor store. Great prices, frequent specials and friendly helpful staff. The location offers free handicapped accessible parking. The aisles are narrow, I'm not sure how comfortable it would be for a person using a wheelchair, however, the staff is very helpful and they often offered to help me get items that are difficult for me to reach or locate. I'm sure that they are willing to offer the same friendly service to All of their customers. They do have a loyalty program and monthly draws. They feature a great selection of chilled wine and beer ( craft and commercial brands), lots of spirits and many items that I haven't seen in other area stores. The liquor store is located across from the Wellington Pub (they share the parking lot) so it's convenient if you want to have a meal or some munchies then get some liquid refreshment to take home. It's a local favorite, for good reasons!

Great staff, good selection of Beer, Wine & Spirits. Cold beer! Sommelier on staff. Prices seem better here, also they have a program where you accumulate points for cash off your purchases. Cigarettes and pop are sold here. Parking adequate as its shared with their pub.

Best value pricing, great selection and the best rewards program in town. I will drive out of my way to go here and won't shop anywhere else unless they are sold out of something, like my Drambuie last week lol.
