Great location, walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. Charming home, beautifully decorated , reflecting days gone by! Thanks to Bill we were able to travel to Newfoundland last minute (as he books many months ahead). Bill was a welcoming host with a great sense of humor! A delightful stay! This B&B is very different with every inch of the house laced with interesting antiques and collectible. Excellent location with walking distance to downtown and Signal Hill. Room was very spacious and clean, but only locks from the inside, stays unlocked when leaving. On site parking is actually on the street with a pass, with a refundable $30 deposit and at certain time of the day, difficult to find a space. Breakfast is self serve with space in the fridge to store your personal items. Expedia lists 3 bathrooms but doesn't say shared bathrooms. If you don't mind sharing the bathroom I would recommend it.

Perfect location, right downtown yet on a quiet street. The building is beautiful inside and out, perfectly restored and spotlessly clean. Bill is a very amenable and friendly host, helpful and good to chat with. The pride with which he restored this building is quite evident throughout the residence. Breakfast could be more interesting in what is offered, but Bill allows you to bring your own food and use the kitchen.

Wonderful stay and highly recommended - Bill is very personable and the location/décor is excellent. As a 1960s to 1980s music aficionado I was quite impressed with the vinyl collection upstairs, even if the records are a wee bit before my time - it appears to be a collection that predates the "Rock and Roll" era, so I only recognized the very big names (e.g., The Andrews Sisters, Nat King Cole, Bing Crosby...). Hope to make a return visit someday!

Note, this is more of a homestay than a hotel, but great rooms & host (you'll be disappointed if you book thinking it's a hotel)

I couldn't figure if we were in a bed and breakfast or a museum. And the upkeep is stunning, the house and the antiques are in pristine condition. Very comfortable stay as well, and extremely well located. Easy access to the best parts of the city. Completely recommend.
