I’ve had two services with Keri now and she is excellent! She’s very knowledgeable and thoroughly explains the whole process of your service and the benefits of all products she uses on your skin! She also is great at making recommendations for my at home skin care routing, which I’ve implemented and made a great difference in my skin! I started going here to get my eyebrows done in June 2024, I joined the waitlist one day as I needed my eyebrows waxed for an event that week. Stephanie got me in that night for a wax. I also got a lash lift done by her in October for a wedding that I was a bridesmaid in, she did a phenomenal job on my eyelashes that normally don’t hold curl very well. I like that hard wax is offered for those with sensitive skin like myself. I also like that they offer eyebrow plucking which is amazing if you’re on an acne medication and can’t get your eyebrows waxed. Would highly recommend Confident Complexions.

Had the best first experience at Confident Complexions this evening!— The vibe here is just so fun and uplifting, right down to the paint colors! And the services are even BETTER!

My service provider was Stephanie and I had a dermaplanning facial for the first time and was completely blown away by the whole thing!— For the first time in a long time I allowed myself to unclench my jaw (IYKYK) and I was so relaxed I even fell asleep during the LED treatment!

Stephanie went through each step with me and what to expect to feel so I was never in the dark about what was going on and my face has never felt better!

I would recommend Steph and CC to anyone looking to do a little something for themselves!

This is the cutest beauty lounge I have seen so far in St. John’s . Last week I got done my brazalian wax and facial with steph . She made me feel very welcoming and super comfortable through out. As a plus size we need a space like this with no judgements .i will give 10/10 to their waxing services and 6.5/10 to their facial services, as there is still some missing elements like more of a discussion before ,a little cozy room for the facial with dim light. 10/10 for eyebrows waxing and shaping .

I had a custom signature facial done by Keri and it was such a great experience! Keri is a wealth of information, she walks you through the service and gave such great advice on realistic skin care routine for a busy mom with sensitive/rosacea prone skin!
