Terrible expérience !
Je suis venue pour faire une dépose, je tombe sur une jeune fille débutante. Elle a tellement appuyer pour poncer, je n’ai jamais eu aussi mal, c’était terrible. Puis elle a coupé deux de mes ongles trop courts, ce qui m’a fait saigner les doigts. N’y allez pas !

first time my nails done and i absolutely had the worst experience. the lady that did my nails seemed to not like me very much lol. it seemed like she rushed the whole thing. the gems where stuck so close to the bottom, french tip was was rushed, the nails were like bulky and a weird shape. I know if she didn’t like me or something cuz how could you messed up someone’s nails so bad. The other reviews looked fine to me. I’m not really sure how to do nails but the red looks pink (in person) idk if that’s because you’re supposed do 2 coats or something but she didn’t which i thought was weird, she didn’t paint the base layer “nude”, also when she did the acrylic i was waiting in the chair for more than 30 minutes while she went over to do a regulars nails almost in the amount i was sitting there waiting for it to dry. i was there for 2 hours give or take. she was pulling my hands around and being very rough. some of my cuticles were bleeding it was horrible. 😞

I had a fill + trim. I originally picked something clear and sparkly and she suggested her coloured dip. I’m in love!

Fit me in short notice, and work was fast.

Completely botched my girlfriends nails, it was to the point I felt compelled to write a review about a business I have no clue about. She left crying, and bleeding from the cuticles. It was all crooked and rushed. A regular customer walked in and she immediately prioritized her over my girlfriend. It was her first time getting her nails done and she hates them, great first experience!

Excellent service even when very busy with appointments and walk ins, had to wait a little bit for my mani after I got my pedi but was happy to! They made it work with all the foot traffic and they were whizzing around getting it all done
! I’ve been to less busy places and not received the amount of care and services I received here: leg massage, exfoliating, cuticles for feet and hands, hot stone massage on legs, hot towel treatments, oils and lotions! It was lovely!

Mona has done a gel nail fill for me twice now and both times the length, smoothness and shape has been perfect. She is also very fast as well so it only takes about an hour. I will definitely come back.
