I don’t typically leave reviews but I felt I had to today. First of all the nails are amazing, I showed them a pic and they replicated it perfectly. But what really made my experience the best was how patient and kind they are. My 18 month old baby wouldn’t nap (which btw my husband had to work last minute and they were so welcoming to her and accommodating) they let me take breaks to attend to her and even sung her lullabies. All while smiling at her. They even got a friend to come over and play with her. Super sweet crowd over there. I would recommend to everyone, but especially to the moms out there. 10/10 service.

Went for nail removal.. thumb is broken down below the nail bed line and multiple fingers bleeding after.. big notches in the surface of the nail. Painful.

Update to my post,
I usually go 4-6 weeks in between fills, and my nails always hold up until my next visit. Im never disappointed, and love every result.

As a new customer, I went for a gel pedicure and a gel fill manicure. Some of the staff seem to be very new and not very experienced. I had three different ladies do my manicure, and I was very dissatisfied because the sides of my nail bed had no polish when she was finished! My pedicure was fine. I was happy with that service. But I would not recommend nor will I be going back in the future.

Shellac pedicure. Fun experience. Nice massage chairs and foot massage with some hot stone. Relaxing. I chose PB25 colour. It does look lighter than shown in the picture. But I still like it, sparkly.

Today was my first visit, Henry and the rest of the staff are absolutely fantastic, friendly and all around lovely. Thanks of making me feel so special. I love my nails and the colour is fabulous

I absolutely love this place!! I go here pretty much every 4-5 weeks ! The customer service is absolutely 👍 great ! Very accommodating & I or my son and I or mother and I lol always get great work done 🙂 these are the ones from today ( my son helped pick the color ☺️🫶🏻
I would absolutely recommend nails time to anyone 🙂 Ropewalk lane is my usual go to but they do have another two great locations.. anyways highly recommend Always receive amazing service and quality work! If I wanted to and I have gone months( without a pedi ), and the polish still was just as nice snd good as the week I had them done 🙂 much credit to Hannah & Tina they did wonderful jobs 🫶🏻as always and whether the technicians are newer or older staff like Hannah and Tina they still get trained well cause I have. Even going there now for the last couple years instead of my podiatrist and it’s always been a great experience
