I dropped in one morning and was thrilled they were opened and could get me in. Despite it being a walk-in and my first time it was an awesome experience.
I had fallen prior to coming in and had broken several toe nails and had under nail bruising and yet Nails time was able to fix my toes up to look presentable.
The tech took her time completing work and was gentle but thorough, she also helped me select a color to hide the bruised nail and helped contour and color my tips to give me the French tip I wanted. 10/10.
The massage, soak and atmosphere were also great and although pedicures can be somewhat uncomfortable for me at times, this one felt nice which was extremely unexpected given the state of my feet when I came in.
I wish I did a before/after because the photo of "after" doesn't do it justice they were a mess. Highly recommended

I just had my nails done at Nail Time Costco in preparation for the Valentine season. The new additional location is spotless, modern, perfectly located and the staff were friendly and suggestive! I highly recommend Nail Time!

My nails cost me $180 and wasn’t even done correctly. When i asked them to fix it they gave me attitude and completely ignored my question. Newfoundland is known for nice and friendly people. This is the worst experience i have had so far. I will never go there again. When i asked if i can come back i was told that my the guy works at torbay. That’s not an answer…. Basically the girl Anastas was saying they won’t do it. I still told her i can pay but i need it fixed… she not only gave me attitude but started talking in her language to the other girl. This shows how Newfoundland culture is being affected!!! Please if you can’t do something tell the customer nicely instead of giving them attitude because you don’t want to say no! I will never go here again!

I had an amazing experience at NailsTime Costco in St. John, Canada! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the salon was spotless and welcoming. My nails turned out absolutely perfect—beautifully shaped and polished with great attention to detail. They took their time to ensure I was completely happy with the results. I also appreciated their wide range of colors and designs to choose from. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this place to everyone I know! Excellent service from start to finish.
